目标。在现代企业中,员工不仅仅是组织运作的工具和要素,同时其本身也已成
为组织存在和发展的目的。正是在“以人为本”的管理理论的引导下7愈来愈多
的企业开始重视员工的职业生涯规划。
本文研究的目标旨在通过对职业生涯规划相关理论的梳理、学习、研究,利
用发放问卷的形式对TJRQ公司职业生涯规划现状及存在问题进行归纳和分析,提
出一套适合该公司发展需求的职业生涯设计方案,已达到提高员工的工作积极性、
满意度和忠诚度,同时帮助企业挖掘培养人才、留住人才的目标,最终实现企业
和员工共赢的局面。
