21世纪的世界已经发展成为互联网信息技术时代,而在互联网发达的今天独 生子女已成为了中国劳动市场的主力军,原来的人力资源管理体系在一定程度上 已不再适应中国互联网时代和独生子女时代的企业现状了,探索新的人力资源管 理模式已经变得十分必要和迫切了。在新的时代背景下,人力资源管理工作显得 尤为重要,主要指的是通过现代化的管理方法有效地对人力以及物力进行调配和 组织。这样就能够最终将人力和物力保持在一个合理的水平,发挥出每一个个体 的潜能,更好地为企业做出更大的贡献。因此做好人力资源管理工作将直接对企 业的经营管理效率构成重大影响,是现代企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分。 本论文以人力资源管理理论和独生子女理论为理论指导,以文献法、归纳法 和实地调研法为研究方法,以发现问题—提出问题—分析问题—解决问题为研究 思路,以南昌维网科技公司为案例,以小见大,深入剖析互联网时代和独生子女 时代下公司人力资源管理存在的问题和原因,从中得出当今社会人力资源管理的 新思路和新模式。研究发现,维网科技公司人力资源管理存在人力资源管理制度 不完善、企业文化欠缺、培训体系不健全等问题,这样就严重影响到了员工工作 的积极性,员工无法在工作中做出更大的贡献,对于企业未来发展极为不利。因 此就必须要能够从多个角度出发,来分析现阶段许多企业在人力资源管理方面存 在的问题,挖掘其深层次原因,最终制定出相应的应对策略。比如说可以从重新 构建人力资源管理制度,以及建设企业文化、优化绩效考核方式这些途径来提高 企业人力资源管理的整体水平。 关键词:互联网时代;独生子女时代;维网科技;人力资源管理;对策 2 Abstract In the 21st century, the world has developed into an age of Internet information technology, and only child with a well-developed Internet has become the main force in the Chinese labor market. To a certain extent, the original human resources management system has no longer adapted to the current situation of enterprises in the Internet era and the one-child era in China. It has become necessary and urgent to explore new human resources management models. Human resources management is the rational training, organization and deployment of manpower combined with certain material resources by using modern scientific methods, so that the optimal ratio of manpower and material resources is often maintained. At the same time, people's thoughts, psychology, and behaviors are properly induced, controlled, and coordinated to give full play to human subjective initiative, so that people can make the best use of their talents and make the best use of their personnel in order to achieve the important management components of organizational goals. Therefore, the good and bad, suitable and unwell of human resources management directly determines the efficiency of labor productivity of the enterprise as an organization, thus affecting the survival and development of the enterprise. This paper is guided by the theory of human resources management and the one-child theory, and takes the literature method, induction method, and field research method as the research methods. To find out the problem -- put forward the problem -- analyze the problem -- solve the problem as the research idea, and take Nanchang weiwang as a case. The company is a small case, This paper analyzes the problems and reasons of human resource management in the Internet age and the age of one child, and draws out the new thinking and new model of human resource management in today's society. The study found that the human resources management system of the World Wide Web Science and Technology Corporation has problems such as imperfect human resources management system, lack of corporate culture, and imperfect training system. These problems have seriously affected the survival and development of enterprises and employees, and combined with actual conditions. It is necessary to analyze the existing problems of human resource management from social reasons, enterprise reasons, managers reasons and employees 'personal reasons, so as to implement the following countermeasures: changing the family management model and formulating a scientific and perfect human resource management system; Attach 3 importance to the construction and implementation of corporate culture; Increase human resource training and development; Improve performance management; Establish a scientific and reasonable human resources compensation and welfare incentive system.
