摘要:自从汪中求先生提出“细节决定成败”以来,细节问题受到了社
会各界的广泛关注,管理界从此也进入了一个精细化管理的时代。株
冶新材料事业部作为株冶集团的一个科研二级单位,一直以科研技术
开发为主,对企业精细化管理工作研究不深。目前单位生产技术比较
稳定成熟,单位也由科研试生产向产业化方向发展。如何提高本单位
的管理水平,如何制定和实行符合本单位的精细化管理策略,也是摆
在我们面前值得研究的一个课题。
本文的研究目的旨在为了株冶新材料事业部导入精细化管理理
念,并结合生产实践对生产精细化管理进行深度研究和探讨,以提升
本单位的生产管理水平,加快高新技术的产业发展。
本文首先通过大量文献查阅,对相关理论特别是精细化管理理论
进行综述;再次,采用PEST和SWOT分析法对株冶新材料事业部实
施精细化管理的内外部环境进行综合分析;接着采用系统分析方法,
以精细化管理理论为基础从事业部生产管理中存在的问题入手,根据
精细化管理体系的执行指令、执行跟进、执行纠偏这三部分内容,结
合事业部的生产实际制定出一个详细的生产精细化管理方案;最后阐
述方案的具体实施、实施保障和效果展望。

The research on the Delicacy Production Management of the
New Material Division of Zhu Zhou Smelter Group
Co. Ltd.
Abstract:Since Mr. Wang Zhong Qiu put forward the theory of detail
decides success or failure, the details of the problem have been
extensively concerned in the community and management community has
entered an era of Delicacy management. As a research secondary
department of Zhuzhou Smelter Group Co. Ltd, New Materials Division
always focuses on scientific research and technology development while
enough attention hasn't been paid to the study of the Delicacy
Management. The current production technology is relatively stable and
mature, and it turns scientific research trial production into
industrialization. The question, how to improve the management level and
to formulate and implement management strategy which conforms to the
Delicacy Management, is also a topic worthy studying.
This paper aims to introduce the idea of Delicacy Management into
New Materials Division of Zhuzhou Smelter Group Co. Ltd. and make
in-depth research and discussion of production delicacy management
combining with production practice, in order to improve the department's
production management level and speed up the high and new technology
industry.
This paper firstly states the related theory by looking up a large
number of literatures, particularly Delicacy Management. Secondly, the
paper comprehensively analyzes internal and external environment of
delicacy management implementation for New Materials Division of
Zhuzhou Smelter Group Co. Ltd by PEST and SWOT analysis. Thirdly,
the paper, based on the theory of Delicacy Management, analyzes the
problems in the department's production management by system analysis.
And then the paper draws up a detailed scheme of delicacy management
on production fields on the basis of the execution instructions, execution
follow-up and execution rectification in the Delicacy Management
system, combining with the department's actual production fields. Finally,
in
the paper states the implementation of the project, implementation
safeguards and its effect forecast.
