摘 要
企业战略是企业经营管理的核心,是决定企业生存和可持续发展的关键性因素。晟通集团
长沙事业部作为铝板带箔行业的新兵,在国内铝板带箔行业市场被中铝等铝业巨头垄断局面下,
经营非常困难。因此,着手制定晟通公司长沙事业部发展战略至关重要,这既关系到晟通集团
长沙事业部的生死存亡,也关系到如何打造公司核心竞争优势以及进一步发展的问题。

本文通过应用战略管理、财务会计、市场营销学、生产运作管理、人力资源、组织行为学、
管理经济学等理论,运用PEST分析、SWOT分析、五力竞争模型等战略分析工具,对晟通集
团公司长沙事业部的发展战略进行系统研究。首先,对晟通集团公司长沙事业部所处的外部环
境和内部能力进行分析。进一步研究我国铝深加工行业相关政策、发展现状和未来趋势,挖掘
企业发展的关键机遇,规避企业经营发展的外部威胁;仔细分析晟通集团长沙事业部的内部经
营管理现状,找出企业发展的内部优势和劣势。

然后,利用SWOT分析,结合信息时代战略管理的新形势、新观念、新特点,提出晟通集
团公司长沙事业部的发展战略,应采取加强型战略,即“确保质量上产能,加强周边市场渗透,
产业升级和管理提升出效益”。

最后,为落实公司的发展战略,从营销管理、技术研发管理、设备保障、生产管理、人力
资源、财务管理、文化保障、风险管理等方面提出了具体的保障措施。

Abstract
Enterprise strategy is the core of enterprise management, which is the key factor to decide
the survival and sustainable development of the enterprise. With the total control and
monopoly by several aluminium industry giants of the aluminum strip and foil market in
China,Shengtong Group Changsha division manages difficultly as a new entrant in aluminum
processing industry. Therefore, begin to make Shengtong Company Changsha business
development strategy is very important. The strategy is not only related to the survival of
Shengtong Group Changsha division, but also related to how to build the company's core
competitive advantage and further development.
In this paper, systematically study on Shengtong Company Changsha business
development strategy, using Porter five forces model and SWOT analysis tool for strategic
management, through the application of strategic management, financial management, human
resources, organizational behavior, marketing, management, economics and other theories. First,
study on the external environment and internal capacity of the Shengtong Group Company
Changsha division. Study deeply on China's aluminum deep processing industry policy
guidance, the development present situation and the development trend, to find out the key
enterprise development opportunities and to avoid the external threat of business. Study
carefully on the situation of Shengtong Group Company Changsha division, to find out internal
advantages and to improve internal disadvantages.
Then, using the SWOT analysis tool and combining with the information age the strategic
management of the new situation, new ideas, new characteristic, Shengtong Group Company
Changsha business development strategy has been put forward, namely ensure product quality,
increase capacity, enhance the surrounding market penetration, upgrade industries and improve
the management to enhance efficiency.
Finally, in order to implement the company's development strategy, Some specific
safeguard measures are formulated from marketing management, technology R&D
management, device security, production management, human resources, financial management,
culture, security, risk management, and etc.
