摘要
f丨20 1H:纪80年代以来,企业管理理论已经逐步发展到战略管理的年代,而
在现今商业竞争中,企业也越来越认识到战略管理对自身的重要意义。对于企业而言,
要想在国内和世界市场的激烈竞争中站稳脚跟,持续健康稳定的发展,就必须要认真
审视自身的优劣势所在,进行准确的市场定位,从企业全局发展的高度,用氏久谋划
的战略眼光,选择出符合企业纟!身实际情况的发展战略,并加以贳彻实施。

SD电气公司是一家从事电力无功补偿(优化)节能系统装置产品十几年的自
研发创新型民营中小企业。一方面,我国政府大力倡导节能减排,建立节约型
社会;另一方而,供用电企业有内部节能降耗、降低成本的需求;这些都为无功
补偿行业带来巨大的发展机遇。近年来,在产业政策鼓励和旺盛市场需求的双重
刺激下,国内无功补偿行业发展极其迅猛,同时也吸引了更多的企业进驻电力无
功补偿领域,使得行业竞争FI渐激烈。当甜,面对H内电力无功补偿节能市场发
展的机遇和挑战,如何进一步明确公司发展战略,实现公司持续增长发展,是SD
电气公司函待解决的课题。

本文力图从实际数据和客观事实的角度出发,在外部环境方面主要对SD电气
公司进行了宏观环境分析和行业环境分析;在内部条件方丨ffl主要对SD电气公司进
行了公司现状分析、价值链分析、核心竞争力分析和波士顿矩阵分析。然后,本
文在对SD电气公司进行SWOT综合分析的基础上结合SD电气公司的公司使命和
战略目标选择出前向一体化战略、密集型增长战略以及战略联盟等符合SD电气公
司现状和发展理念并可有效付诸实施的企业发展战略。旨在优化调整SD电气公司
的产品结构、优化宽组公司价值链,理顺SD电气公司的商业模式,提高企业行业
地位,为SD电气公司持续快速发展找到一条可行之路。敁后,本文根椐SD电气
公司的现状和存在问题点从产品结构、价值链、纽织结构体系、销策略、人才
培养和引进、技术研发、管理信息系统和企业文化等方而提出了符合公司情况的
战略实施措施和保障。本文对SD屯气公司的全而分析和发展战略的研究对无功补
偿行业其他企、丨k的发展訂-记的借鉴怠义。

ABSTRACT
Since the 1980s,enterprise management theory has gradually developed into the
strategic management. In the face of current business competition, enterprises are
increasingly aware of the significance of the strategic management. In order to gain a
firm foothold in the domestic and international market competition, and sustain the
healthy and stable development, the enterprise must carefully examine their own
advantages and disadvantages, and establish the accuratc market positioning.
Furthermore, from the view of global development height, with long-term development
perspective, according to their actual situation, the enterprises should formulate the
development strategy and put it into practice.
SD Electric Company is a small and medium-sized private enterprise with
independent research and innovation, which has been engaged in reactive power
compensation (optimization) energy-saving system products for more than ten years. On
the one hand, the Chinese government vigorously promotes energy-saving and emission
reduction to build a conservation-oricntcd society; on the other hand, enterprises have
the demand to save internal energy and rcduce the cost; both of them have brought
enormous development opportunities for rcactivc power compensation trade. In rccent
years, in the stimulation of the industrial policy and strong market demand, the domestic
rcactivc power compensation industry develops extremely rapidly, and attracts more and
more enterprises to the field, which results in the more and more intense competition. At
present, in face of opportunities and challenges from domestic rcactivc power
compensation energy-saving market development, how to further clarify the company&39;s
development strategy, and realize the steady growth is the problem wailing SI) electric
company to solve.
I;rom the angle of actual data and fact, this paper mainly analy/cs the
macrocconomic environment and industry environment of the SD electric company on
the aspect of external environment; on the aspect of internal conditions, this paper
mainly analyzes the company&39;s situation, the value chain, the core competitiveness and
the Boston matrix. Then, based on the comprehensive analysis of SWO 1 of tlic SI)
electric company, this paper carries on the strategic goal of the SD cleclric company,
this paper makes the development strategy what is in line with the company&39;s actual
situation and development idea and can be implemented effectively, such as the
integrated strategic, the diversification strategy, the intensive growth strategy, the
forward integration strategy. Wishing to adjust the product structure, optimize the value
chain, straighten out the business model, this paper is trying to find one feasible way
which can make SD company to gain the sustained and rapid development. Finally,
according to the current situation and problems of the SD electric company, from the
organizational structure, optimization and reorganization of value chain, marketing
strategy, personnel training and the introduction, technology research and development,
management information system and corporate culture and other aspects of the
company&39;s strategy, this paper comes up with strategic implementation and safeguard
measures. In this paper, the comprehensive analysis and the research on the
development strategy of SD electric company can be as significant reference for the
development of reactive power compensation industry company.
