ABSTRACT
With the further development of the power system, the gradual implementation of
the reconstruction plan, as well as domestic and foreign enterprises in Sichuan Deyang
attention, DXDL 's rapidly changing competitive environment, the level of competition
will also be greatly improved. State Power Corporation during the year 2010 to
complete implementation of the separation that is more than the original under the main
power company diversified engineering company is restructuring the company and
main business strip, completely to the market, the company is a challenge for DXDL
also opportunities. By analyzing DXDL external environment within the company,
establishing the company's strategic goals, help them to develop a line of its own
strength and environmental strategies to enhance core competitiveness of enterprises,
the enterprise's survival and development direction.
In this paper, based on the full investigation, a combination of empirical analysis
and normative analysis combining static analysis and dynamic analysis, research
methods, development of corporate strategy for DXDL more in-depth and meticulous
research, look forward to the company's development as well as DXDL Deyang
colleagues inside and outside the power engineering construction companies to provide
some of the work of theoretical reference.
The main findings of this paper is as follows: (1) combined DXDL company's

field of construction, personnel, and other areas, accelerating the expansion of public
works engineering business, the municipal engineering field with great financial support.
This can make DXDL 's competition out of the traditional electrical engineering
