本文首先提出了研究我国 90 后就业观的目的和意义,介绍了激励的相关理论,
包括需求层次论、双因素理论、期望理论、强化理论。然后,以苏州工业园区胜铺街
道为例,充分研究和分析了 90 后的就业观及其成因。通过对 90 后的就业观的调查分
析,总结出 90 后就业观的新特点,并梳理其就业观的成因,针对调研结果给出企业
管理对策。最后针对结论提出企业管理分别在 90 后的入职、就职、离职阶段应分别
进行改进,并提出差异化激励的解决方案。
本研究旨在通过对90后就业观的分析研究,帮助企业做好90后的人力资源管理,
从而实现一定程度上降低离职率和增强团队凝聚力的目的。

As post-90s has becoming the major party of enterprise,how to manage post-90s has
becoming the focus of business and academic researches. To study business management of
post-90s,first and foremost is to understand their outlook of employment. But so far,
there is no systematic theory on the research of the concept of employment for post-90s.
This article is going to analyze the employment outlook of post-90s,summarize the new
feature of their employment outlook,and sort out the causes of their employment outlook.
And provide management countermeasures and differentiated incentives methods for
enterprises base on the result of investigation.
At the beginning,this article proposes the purpose and significance of the study on
employment outlook of post-90s,and introduces incentive theories including theory of
hierarchy of needs,the two-factor theory,expectancy theory and reinforcement theory.
Then , take Suzhou Industrial Park Shengpu as example , study and analysis the
employment outlook and its causes of post-90s. By Investigating and analyzing of
employment outlook of post-9os,sum up the new features of the post-90s employment
outlook,sort out the causes of their employment outlook,and provides management
countermeasures for enterprise base on the result of the investigation.
Finally,propose improvement solutions in recruitment,inauguration and demission
stage,as well as differentiated incentives solutions for enterprise base on conclusion.
This study was designed by the analysis of the employment outlook of post-90s,to
help enterprise improve human resources management of post-90s,reduce turnover rates
and enhance team cohesion.
