企业良好运行和全面发展的关键所在。在进行企业员工的培训中,要视员工的
能力提升和技能提高为培训的重点来抓,切实对于员工自身的价值有所实现,
对于员工满意度而言也能有所提高,这是增强企业的核心竞争力的手段之一,
除此之外,也可以对员工的归属感和责任感有所增强,这些都是有利于企业发
展的重点因素
随着SJ公司规模的不断壮大,产业的多元化,员工队伍素质的差距化,传
统的培训方式对于现代化企业发展而言,已经比较落后了,就培训效果而言,
也收效甚微,无法满足日益发展中的企业需求。在市场经济的迅猛发展中,对
