为此,本文在理论与实际结合的基础上,重在调查研究公司现状,总结了公
司在激励方面存在的不足以及今后要努力的方向;提出了公司技能型员工激励机
制构建的指导思想与基本原则;重点从财务、客户、内部运行、学习与成长四个
维度构建了公司技能型员工激励机制。根据激励决策、运行、控制等过程可能出
现的问题,提出了要做好宣传发动、教育培训、组织实施、结果反馈等环节工作。
实现创建和谐的文化氛围、建立现代化的组织结构、优化工作环境、宣传公司发
展前景等目的。希望通过本文的研究对儒家装饰有限公司激励机制的构建具有实
际的指导作用。

Abstract
