The second part is theoretical research, including the definition of core concepts, the review of research status at home and abroad, and the introduction and interpretation of basic theories. The third part is the current situation research, using the survey research method to refine and summarize the development status of JT ride-hailing company and the bottleneck dilemma faced, and clarify the feasibility and necessity of formulating development strategy. The fourth part is the analysis of the internal and external development environment, respectively using the external environment factor analysis matrix and internal environment factor analysis matrix of JT ride-hailing enterprise development on the internal and externaldevelopmentenvironment ofquantitative evaluation,clearthe external development environment faced with opportunities and challenges and internal advantages and disadvantages. The fifth part is JT ride-hailing company development strategy, including strategic analysis, strategic objectives, strategic vision, implementation principles, strategy implementation and selection, as well as strategy implementation guarantee. After the study, this paper believes that the current JT ride-hailing internal governance is mature and effective, the business development is stable, the market share is growing gradually, with the feasibility of implementing the strategy.
