Classified Index:F279.23 U.D.C. :005.93 Dissertation for the Master Degree of Master of Business Administration Research on production business process Optimization of C Company Candidate： SUN Chongwen Supervisor： Song Danxia Speciality： Master of BusinessAdministration School of Management May,2023 School： Date of Defence： Degree Offering Institution： Guangzhou University 摘要 摘要 社会经济的高速发展带动制造企业的市场竞争变得异常激烈。我国与发达国家相比 制造业整体管理水平偏低，对我国制造业的发展带来很大的影响。制造企业要想实现高 质量发展一方面必须顺应市场的需要不断改革创新，另一方面必须高度关注降低成本、 提高质量和生产效率。精益生产理论可以很好地帮助企业实现以上目标，因此受到众多 制造企业的关注并在企业经营中加以应用。 论文在查阅相关文献资料，梳理和回顾精益生产相关理论的基础上，首先通过实地 考察、深度访谈以及问卷调查的方式，收集一手数据资料，对 C公司当前的生产流程运 行现状进行分析，找出在运行过程中存在的问题，主要包括公司生产线平衡度差，产品 质量稳定性不高，库存管理耗时耗力，以及生产现场管理混乱等。接下来分析出导致问 题产生的主要原因是瓶颈工序浪费严重，产品质量受多种因素影响，库存管理缺乏信息 化，以及 6S现场管理意识欠缺。最后针对公司生产业务流程中存在的问题，结合优化 目标提出了相应的优化方案及其实施保障措施，最大化地提升 C公司生产运营效率。 本文的探索不仅可以带动 C公司的运营效率得到进一步提升，也可为其他制造企业 来提供参考和借鉴。 关键词：精益生产方法；生产业务流程；流程优化；现场管理 I 广州大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT With the rapid development of social economy, the market competition of manufacturing enterprises has become extremely fierce. Compared with the developed countries, the overall management level of the manufacturing industry in China is on the low side, which has a great impact on the development of our manufacturing industry.
