在全面推进高质量发展的背景下,拥有核心竞争力的企业才能更好地在市场
中立足。企业的核心竞争力受企业文化影响。洛阳 XS公司是井下特种设备生产
的行业领先企业,随着市场竞争的不断加剧,现有的文化建设体系已无法促进企
业快速发展。本文旨在通过 OCQ调查量表设计问卷对该公司的企业文化建设现
状进行诊断,并针对解决问题的方案进行优化,从而使企业文化建设促进企业发
展。
本文首先介绍研究背景和意义,指出企业文化建设优化对洛阳 XS公司的必
要性和重要性。其次对国内外研究现状进行归纳,把文献研究法、问卷调查法、
访谈法作为本文的研究方法,把企业文化四层次结构理论和企业文化测量评估体
系作为本文的理论基础。然后对其企业文化建设现状和环境进行分析,通过企业
文化测评工具对其企业文化建设中存在的问题进行剖析,对照问题制定企业文化
建设优化方案,最后通过保障措施确保该方案能顺利进行。
通过此次研究,对洛阳 XS公司的企业文化建设体系进行优化,使企业在发
展中更具竞争力,同时也为其他民营企业的文化建设提供借鉴。

Under the background of comprehensively promoting high-quality development,
enterprises with core competitiveness can better stand on the market.The core
competitiveness of an enterprise is influenced by the corporate culture. Luoyang XS
Company is an industry leader in the production of underground special equipment.
With the increasing market competition, the existing cultural construction system has
been unable to promote the rapid development of the enterprise. The purpose of this
paper is to diagnose the current situation of the company's corporate culture
construction through the OCQ questionnaire, and to optimize the solutions to the
problems, so as to make the corporate culture construction promote the development of
the enterprise.
Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and significance, and points
out the necessity and importance of the optimization of corporate culture construction
for Luoyang XS Company. Secondly, it summarizes the current research situation at
home and abroad, takes literature research, questionnaire and interview as the research
methods, and takes the four-level structure theory of corporate culture and the
measurement and evaluation system of corporate culture as the theoretical basis. Then
it analyzes the current situation and environment of its corporate culture construction,
analyzes the problems existing in its corporate culture construction through corporate
culture evaluation tools, formulates an optimization plan for corporate culture
construction based on the problems, and finally ensures the smooth progress of the
plan through safeguard measures.
Through this research, the corporate culture construction system of Luoyang XS
Company is optimized to make the enterprise more competitive in its development and
to provide reference for other private enterprises in their cultural construction.
