当前,企业文化对企业发展壮大和保持持久竞争力的重要性已是大家有目
共睹的。无论是快速崛起的日本公司或是具有持续竞争力的欧美公司,具备一
种与之相适应的企业文化都是其成功的关键,为公司赢得核心竞争力就是企业
文化的魅力所在。而面对激烈的国际市场竞争,N公司不断推陈出新、拓展经营、
优化业务,不断健全公司制度。因此,构建起一个较为完善的、符合企业发展
的N公司企业文化体系,能为N公司在市场经济中的发展与壮大带来源源不断
的内生力量。
本文首先分析了国内外在企业文化方面的研究现状,同时对国内外企业文
化的定义、企业文化诊断方法等有关理论、模型加以梳理,并对霍夫斯塔德的
企业同心圆模型、丹尼森的组织文化调查量表、卡麦隆和奎因的组织文化测评
量表等企业文化诊断工具加以阐述,从而为更加有效、准确的评估N公司的企
业文化奠定良好的理论基础;
然后,在全面掌握N公司企业文化基本状况的前提下,选择了恰当的企业
文化测量方式,设置调研问卷并采集数据;再次,通过奎因模型和OCAI量表的
结果,对N公司企业文化构建状况做出了评价与判断,发现N公司的企业文化
问题所在;
最后,根据N公司多方面需要以及公司的未来发展情况,给出了有利于N
公司增强企业文化适应性和参与度的强化服务队伍建设、优化公司经营管理体
系、塑造基于绩效管理的N公司企业文化建设具体优化措施,并对N公司企业
文化构建实施方案的具体执行与维护提供了对策建议和保障方案。

摘要
Abstract
The importance of corporate culture to the development and growth of
enterprises and the maintenance of lasting competitiveness is now obvious to all.
Whether it is a fast-emerging Japanese company or an outstanding European or
American company with sustained competitiveness, having a matching corporate
culture is the key to its success, and winning core competitiveness for the company is
the charm of its culture. In the face of fierce competition in the international market,
Company N has continued to innovate, expand its operations, optimize its business,
and improve its corporate system, building a more complete corporate culture system
that is in line with the development of the company, which has brought continuous
endogenous power to the development and growth of Company N in the market
economy.
First, the author analyzes the current status of domestic and international
research on corporate culture, and at the same time compares the definition of
corporate culture and corporate culture diagnosis methods and other related theories
and models. In addition, the author elaborates on corporate culture diagnostic tools
such as Hofstadter's concentric circle model, Denison's organizational culture survey
test scale, and Cameron and Quinn's organizational culture assessment scale, so as to
lay a good theoretical foundation for more effective and accurate assessment of
corporate culture in Company N.
Secondly, on the premise of comprehensively grasping the basic situation of
corporate culture in Company N, the author chose an appropriate corporate culture
measurement method, set up a research questionnaire and collected data. Then, I
made an in-depth evaluation and judgment of Company N's corporate culture
construction status through the Quine model and the results of OCAI scale, and found
out where the problems of Company N's corporate culture lie.
Finally, according to the various needs of Company N and the future
development of the company, the author gives specific optimization measures for the
construction of Company N's corporate culture to enhance the adaptability and
