Abstract
Time banditry behaviors include two types: employee's time banditry behaviors
and enterprise's time banditry behaviors. In recent years, with the introduction of time
banditry behaviors into China, overtime working culture has gradually emerged.
According to the ideas of Marx theory, this paper points out the bidirectional problem of
time banditry behaviors, and points out that time banditry behaviors should include
employee's time banditry behaviors and enterprise's time banditry behaviors, and
defines these two concepts. Through empirical analysis, this paper studies the influence
of personality traits on employee's time banditry behaviors and enterprise's time
banditry behaviors, and the relationship between employee's time banditry behaviors
and enterprise's time banditry behaviors. The results show that neuroticism has a
significant positive influence on employees' time banditry behaviors and enterprises'
time banditry behaviors. Conscientiousness can significantly negatively influence
employees' time banditry behaviors and enterprises' time banditry behaviors.
Agreeableness has no significant influence on employee's time banditry behaviors and
enterprise's time banditry behaviors. Openness to experience has a significant positive
impact on employees' time banditry behaviors, but has no significant impact on
enterprises' time banditry behaviors. In addition, this study also found that there is a
two-way interaction between employees' time banditry behaviors and enterprises' time
banditry behaviors, and both of them can significantly positively influence each other.
Finally, according to the research results of this paper, the corresponding management
countermeasures are proposed from the perspective of resolving conflicts of two-way
time banditry behaviors, personality traits and overtime working, so as to help
enterprises better manage employees' behaviors and improve the management level of
enterprises.
