Management of Company E
Abstract
With the development of global economy, supply chain, as an essential link for the survival
of each manufacturing enterprise, is more important than other departments in manufacturing
enterprises to a certain extent. The smoothness and efficiency of supply chain directly affect the
survival status and development speed of an enterprise. A good supply chain model is very
important for the realization of enterprise production objectives. The planning and
collaborative management of supply chain can more effectively bring advantages to enterprises.
Maintaining the advantages of supply chain can maintain the market competitive advantage of
enterprises, especially in the supply chain of semiconductor industry.
At present, the distribution pattern of the semiconductor industry is Silicon Valley as the
technology center, the United States and Asia as the raw material center, and the Netherlands
and Japan as the lithography technology center. The global expansion of semiconductor
production capacity challenges the supply chain of the semiconductor industry. The domestic
semiconductor industry is still in a period of development, and the integration of the
semiconductor supply chain is still in a weak state. With the strong support of the development
of the semiconductor industry, actively improving the supply chain management mode will
help to promote the development of the supply chain of the domestic semiconductor industry.
This thesis takes company E, a semiconductor chip manufacturing enterprise, as the
research object, combined with the characteristics of the industry and the enterprise. Firstly, this
thesis expounds the background and significance of supply chain planning coordination; Then,
it reviews the supply chain planning coordination and its related theories, and combs the related
concepts and research results of supply chain planning coordination; Then it introduces the
general situation of company E and its supply chain. According to the business characteristics
of company E and combined with a large amount of data, it puts forward the problems of late
delivery of EDB shipments faced by supply chain collaborative management of company E,
and analyzes the problems by using the causal analysis method and SWOT analysis method, so
as to provide the basis for the solutions; Then, according to the analysis, this thesis puts forward
solutions to the problems of information system, internal and external planning and
collaboration management of the enterprise and uncertainties, and demonstrates the solutions;
Finally, the solution can be implemented through supplier summit, regular meeting, continuous
improvement and emergency response.
