-I- 摘要 随着全球经济一体化的快速发展,激烈的市场竞争已经由企业间的竞争演化为 供应链间的竞争,因此,对供应链的协同管理尤为重要。供应链的协同管理能够实 现供应链各企业间的优势互补,既实现了资源的优化配置,又能够提升供应链的整 体竞争力,供应链协同绩效的研究作为供应链协同管理的重要组成部分备受学术界 和企业界的关注。A公司为了提升竞争能力积极实施了供应链协同管理,也取得了 一定的成效,但是无法对协同管理的绩效水平进行评价,因此,A公司急需建立一 套完整的绩效评价体系对供应链协同管理的绩效进行科学地评价,从而有利于发现 供应链协同管理中的薄弱环节并进行改进。 首先,本文对供应链协同管理及协同绩效评价的国内外研究现状进行了分析和 梳理,并在此基础上确定本文的研究内容及研究方法。同时,对供应链协同相关理 论进行了归纳和总结,为后续的研究奠定理论基础。 其次,本文从外部供应链和内部供应链两方面对A公司的供应链结构及特点进 行了分析,并分析了影响A公司协同绩效的因素。 再次,构建了A公司供应链协同管理绩效评价指标,并分析了指标权重的确定 方法,在此基础上,采用模糊综合评价法构建了A公司供应链协同管理绩效评价模 型。 最后,论文以A公司为例进行研究,采用前文构建的模糊综合评价模型对其供 应链的协同效果进行评价,评价结果显示A公司的供应链协同管理绩效为一般,本 文从加强信息管理、提升产品质量、提升服务品质和提升整体盈利能力几方面提出 了相应的改进措施。 关键词:供应链协同管理;绩效评价模型;层次分析法;模糊综合评价 燕山大学工商管理硕士学位论文 -II- Abstract With the rapid development of global economic integration, fierce market competition has evolved from competition among enterprises to competition among supply chains. Therefore, collaborative management of supply chains is particularly important. The collaborative management of supply chain can realize the complementary advantages of each enterprise in the supply chain, which not only realizes the optimal allocation of resources, but also enhances the overall competitiveness of the supply chain. The research on supply chain collaborative performance is an important part of supply chain collaborative managementfocused by academic and business circles. Company A has actively implemented supply chain collaborative management in order to improve its competitiveness, and it has also achieved certain results, but it cannot evaluate the performance level of collaborative management. Therefore, Company A urgently needs to establish a complete performance evaluation system to coordinate supply chain management, which is conducive to the discovery of weak links in the supply chain collaborative management and improvement Firstly, this paper analyzes and sorts out the research status of supply chain collaborative managementand collaborative performance evaluation at home and abroad, and on this basis, determines the research content and reseArch methods of this paper. At the same time, the theory of supply chain synergy is summarized, which lays a theoretical foundation for subsequent research. Secondly, this paper analyzes the supply chain structure and characteristics of Company A from the external supply chain and internal supply chain, constructs the external and internal supply chain model of Company A, and analyze the factors that affect the synergy performance of Company A. Thirdly, the performance evaluation index of supply chain cooperative management of company A is constructed, and the method of determining the weight of index is analyzed. On this basis, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct the performance evaluation model of supply chain collaborative management of company A. Abstract -III- Finally, the paper takes companyAas an example to conduct empirical research, and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model constructed in the previous article to evaluate the synergistic effect of its supply chain.The evaluation results show that the performance of supply chain collaborative management of Company A is general andcorresponding improvement measures are proposed from the aspects of strengthening information management, improving product quality, improving service quality and improving overall profitability.
