-I- 摘要 随着社会经济的迅猛发展,商业竞争无处不在,人才是企业核心竞争 力的关键所在。企业如何实施有效的员工管理,激励职工主动工作,提升 员工满意度,是企业能否实现商业发展战略目标的关键。员工满意度是企 业自身管理水平、制度合理程度等指标的一个比较直接的表现形式,还能 够从侧面体现出员工对于工作的归属感。为了更好的进行企业各方面的建 设,对于影响员工满意度的因素的研究也是各大企业不断的进行的一个课 题。 首先,文本介绍了员工满意度研究背景和意义,查阅了现今国内外对员 工满意度的研究成果,深入追溯员工满意度研究的根源,探讨提高员工满 意度的对策。 其次,本文分析了影响秦皇岛港股份有限公司的员工满意度的6个因 素,采用问卷调查的方法收集数据,通过层次分析法确定影响因素权重、 运用模糊综合评价的方法对员工满意度进行综合分析,并集合相关数据对 不同类别的员工满意度分别进行了评价。 再次,根据实证分析得到的评价结果,系统分析了秦皇岛港股份有限 公司员工满意度存在的问题及原因。 最后,结合理论与实际找出企业当前存在的不足并且提出适用于大部 分企业的提高员工满意度的建议,其目的是为企业员工满意度建设工作提 供一定的参考。 关键词:秦皇岛港股份有限公司;员工满意度;提升对策;模糊综合评价 燕山大学工商管理硕士学位论文 -II- Abstract Withtherapiddevelopmentofsocialeconomy,businesscompetitionis everywhere,andtalentsarethekeytothecorecompetitivenessofenterprises. Howtoimplementeffectiveemployeemanagement,motivateemployeesto taketheinitiativetowork,andimproveemployeesatisfactionisthekeyto achievethestrategicgoalofbusinessdevelopment.Employeesatisfactionisa directmanifestationoftheenterprise'sownmanagementlevel,reasonable degreeofsystemandotherindicators,andcanalsoreflecttheemployees' senseofbelongingtotheworkfromtheside.Inordertobetterconstructall aspectsoftheenterprise,theresearchonthefactorsaffectingemployee satisfactionisalsoasubjectcontinuouslycarriedoutbyallmajorenterprises. Firstly,thepaperintroducesthebackgroundandsignificanceofthestudy onemployeesatisfaction,reviewstheresearchresultsonemployee satisfactionathomeandabroad,deeplytracestherootofthestudyon employeesatisfaction,anddiscussesthecountermeasurestoimprove employeesatisfaction. Secondly,thepaperanalyzestheinfluenceofqinhuangdaoportco.,LTD. Theemployeesatisfaction6factors,adoptsthemethodofquestionnaire surveytocollectdata,factorsinfluencingweightsdeterminedbyanalytic hierarchyprocess(AHP)andfuzzycomprehensiveevaluationmethodof comprehensiveanalysisofemployeesatisfaction,andacollectionofrelated datafordifferentcategoriesofstaffsatisfactionisevaluatedrespectively. Thirdly,basedontheevaluationresultsobtainedfromtheempirical analysis,theproblemsandcausesofemployeesatisfactioninqinhuangdao portco.,LTDaresystematicallyanalyzed.
