I 摘要 人才是企业的第一资源,在信息化时代背景下,企业之间的竞争本质上就是 人才的竞争。随着供给侧结构性改革的深入推进,在市场化进程的变革中,烟草 行业对从业人员的要求也在不断提高,员工的知识、能力、素质都将影响企业的 效益和长远发展。为了提高企业的核心竞争力,就必须从战略的高度上重视企业 员工培训,通过员工培训培养一批知识广、能力强、素质高、业务精的人才,推 动企业朝着高质量发展迈进。 本文以CQ烟草公司为研究对象,运用文献理论和调查问卷的方式进行研究。 首先对论文选题的背景、意义、研究方法和思路进行了介绍,其次阐述了员工培 训的相关概念和理论,接下来对CQ烟草公司人力资源现状及员工培训现状进行 了研究,并通过调查问卷的方式,找出现行培训体系中存在的主要问题和根本原 因,阐述了CQ烟草公司对员工培训的必要性。在此基础上,结合CQ烟草公司 的实际情况,对培训体系进行了全面的优化,包括培训理念、培训需求、培训资 源、培训计划制定与实施和培训效果评估。最后从文化、组织、制度、资源等方 面采取有效措施,确保培训体系有效实施。优化后的培训体系明确了培训目标, 进一步改善了培训的质量和效果,充分发挥CQ烟草公司现有人力资源的潜力, 提高了员工的知识和技能水平,增强了人才队伍的活力,为企业发展提供更多的 人才保障。 本文通过对CQ烟草公司员工培训体系的优化和研究,阐述了员工培训的重 要意义,规范了培训的各个流程,改进了培训质量,提高了培训效率,对其他烟 草企业的员工培训工作具有一定的参考价值。 关 键 词:烟草专卖;员工培训;培训体系;互联网 论文类型:应用类 选题来源:其他 ABSTRACT III ABSTRACT Human resource is of the greatest importance for a company. In the age of information, the competition among enterprises is all about talents in nature. With the rooting of Supply-side Structural Reform, the tobacco industry are improving their standards and requirements for employees in the marketalization. The knowledge, ability and quality of employees will affect the efficiency and long-term development of the company. In order to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, it is necessary to pay attention to staff training strategically. Through staff training, companies can achieve quality development with the help of employees equipped with broad knowledge, strong competence, high quality and professional business capacity. This paper takes CQ Tobacco Company as the research object, and uses literature theory and questionnaire method to conduct research. Firstly, the background, significance, research methods and thinking of the selected topic are introduced. Secondly, the related concepts and theories of employee training are elaborated. Next, the research on the status of human resources and that of employee training of CQ Tobacco Company is carried out. Through questionnaire research, the main problems and causes in the current training system are dug out, which elaborates the necessity of CQ Tobacco Company's staff training. Combined with the status quo of CQ Tobacco Company, the training system has been comprehensively optimized, covering training concepts, training requirements, training resources, training planning and implementation, and training effect evaluation. Finally, effective measures are taken from the aspects of culture, organization, system and resources to ensure the effective implementation of the training system. The optimized training system clarifies the objectives, further improves the quality and effectiveness of the training, gives full play to the potential of CQ Tobacco Company 's existing human resources, improves the knowledge and skills of employees, enhances the vitality of the team, and provides more personnel security for the development of the enterprise. Through the optimization and research of the staff training system of CQ Tobacco Company, this paper expounds the significance of employee training, standardizes the process of training, improves the quality of training, enhances the efficiency of training, thus providing certain reference for future staff training of other tobacco ABSTRACT IV enterprises.
