随着精准扶贫战略的深入推进,农村电子商务模式逐渐成为政府扶贫攻坚的 一大利器,其基本特征农村电子商务发展的集群效应明显,产品的区域性特色 明显,有利于政府利用当地有限的资源解决了局部地区经济发展水平落后、产 业发展不足的问题。同时,农村电子商务模式的规模和地域范围得到迅速扩展, 对于精准扶贫来说这既是新的机遇,也是新的挑战。对于精准扶贫来说,农村 电子商务模式是一种新型的发展模式,国内有不少成熟的应用案例,但是由于 各个地区的地域空间特点不一样,并且发展经济水平也不一致,这就导致了农 村电子商务模式在不同的省份不同的地区不可能生搬硬套,必须要坚持因地制 宜,扬长避短,才能真正发挥农村电子商务的优势。 在理论研究方面,本文对国内外农村电子商务模式的研究及现状进行综述和 评述,详述了农村电子商务模式的相关理论,并对国内农村电子商务模式发展 历程进行分析以及评述。本文还就禄劝县的扶贫攻坚工作以及农村电子商务在 禄劝县的发展情况进行归纳总结,就禄劝县本地的优势农产品的培育进行全面 的论述,为发展农村电子商务提供了产业优势的支撑,进一步有利于农村电子 商务结合本地区的特色农产品,因地制宜,发展处极具本地特色的农村电子商 务发展新路。论文重点分析了禄劝县电子商务的发展现状,现已有20家企业, 对比了每家的销售业绩,可看出乐村淘占据了禄劝县电子商务的半壁江山。所 以,在案例研究分析方面,本文以禄劝乐村淘农村网络科技有限公司为案例并 就相关内容进行分析,其中重点归纳了禄劝乐村淘公司的基本情况和发展概况, 同时对禄劝县禄劝乐村淘公司进行SWOT分析,并针对分析结果结合实际情况 提出发展建议。针对案例分析结果,本文分析研究提出五条建议和措施。文章 最后,针对发展农村电子商务对精准扶贫的现实意义和发展农村电子商务对乡 村振兴的示范效应进行论述,并提出研究结论和展望。 关键词:农村电商;精准脱贫;乡村振兴;乐村淘公司 Abstract IV Abstract In recent years, with the gradual development of the precise poverty alleviation strategy, the rural e-commerce model has gradually become a major tool for the government to tackle poverty alleviation. Its two basic characteristics are obvious cluster effect of rural e-commerce development, as well as the obvious regional characteristics of products and the low starting point of entry, which are conducive to the government's use of limited local capital. Source has solved the problems of backward economic development and insufficient Industrial Development in some areas of China. The scale and geographical scope of rural e-commerce model has been rapidly expanded, and the related research has gradually increased. This is not only a new opportunity but also a new challenge for precise poverty alleviation. For precise poverty alleviation, rural e-commerce model is a new development model. Although there are many mature application cases in China, due to the different geographical and spatial characteristics of each region and the different level of economic development, Yunnan is a place where multi-ethnic cultures are intertwined and the foundation is set up. The construction of facilities is not perfect, and the level of social and economic development is different from most provinces in the mainland, which leads to the development of rural e-commerce model in Yunnan can not be rigidly applied to other provinces and regions. It is necessary to adhere to local conditions, develop strengths and avoid weaknesses in order to truly develop rural e-commerce model. Exhibition of advantages will help the smooth development of precise poverty alleviation work in Yunnan Province and even in Southwest China. In terms of theoretical research, this paper summarizes and comments on the research and current situation of rural e-commerce mode at home and abroad, elaborates the relevant theories of rural e-commerce mode, and analyses and comments on the development process of domestic rural e-commerce mode. This paper also summarizes the poverty alleviation work and the development of rural e-commerce in Luquan County, and comprehensively discusses the cultivation of local superior agricultural products in Luquan County, which provides the support of industrial superiority for the development of rural e-commerce, and further facilitates the integration of rural e-commerce with local areas.
