-I- 摘要 目前,钢铁企业中的钢材流通信息化水平滞后,钢铁制造企业与经销商之间也 未能本着合作的契约精神,相互帮扶存在,而是互相博弈。从而导致整个流通链条 中的各个企业都处于孤立的状态,而最终的结果就是钢铁行业供应链上的牛鞭效应 的出现。因此本文作出以下方面的研究: 分析钢铁行业发展与库存管理之间的关系,并找出它们之间所存在的问题,针 对这些问题究其根源,提出相应的解决方案,结合国内外在此方面的发展现状,阐 述本文的研究价值所在。通过本文的研究,能有效的提升库存管理的水平,对以后 企业的发展起到一个良好的铺垫性作用,这也是为企业的可持续性发展,起到了一 个很好的引导作用,值得许多钢铁行业企业加以借鉴。在研究库存概念的同时,也 分别针对库存的作用,用户的需求及库存状态进行进一步的分析,并提出了订货点 库存控制法、MRP方法、JIT库存控制法三种库存管理方法。为接下来所要做的研 究工作,奠定了理论的基石。结合近年来钢铁行业运营中的发展现状,重点分析其 在运营中所涉及到的方方面面,包括产品类型,盈利理念,合作模式等,作重点性 分析,在分析河钢唐钢库存流程现状,仓库分布等状况的同时,找出它在库存管理 存在的问题,给予一定建议的同时,提出库钢铁行业发展中所起到的重要性,强调 它应得到充分的重视。 研究结论表明:2014-2019年河钢唐钢钢材库存管理主要存在如下问题,从库存 管理体制不合理、仓储管理不规范、库存需求未作科学预测、库存控制策略不合理、 河钢唐钢内部信息化程度低。针对河钢唐钢库存管理创新性的提出了几点建议,采 取流程重组构建仓储配送中心、与供应商建立契约协作关系、建立利益协调机制、 订货点法库存控制、推进信息化建设与供应链库存战略构建五个方面,目的是为了 推动河钢唐钢向更高层次迈进。 本文针对河钢唐钢的发展现状,从探讨分析其在库存管理方面的现状和问题所 在,结合运用供应链管理理论。在充分调研河钢唐钢库存管理实际情况的同时,详 细剖析了问题的根本,并针对供应链库存管理方面的问题,给予了五点建议,使得 本研究具有重要的理论价值与实践意义。 关键词:供应链;联合库存管理;钢铁企业 燕山大学工商管理硕士学位论文 -II- Abstract Atpresent,theinformationlevelofsteelcirculationinironandsteelenterpriseslags behind,andtheironandsteelmanufacturingenterprisesanddealerscannothelpeach otherinthespiritofcooperation,butplaygameswitheachother.Asaresult,all enterprisesinthewholecirculationchainareinanisolatedstate,andthefinalresultisthe bullwhipeffectinthesupplychainoftheironandsteelindustry.Therefore,thispaper makesthefollowingresearch: Thispaperanalyzestherelationshipbetweenthedevelopmentofironandsteel industryandinventorymanagement,andfindsouttheexistingproblemsbetweenthem. Aimingattherootoftheseproblems,itputsforwardthecorrespondingsolutions. Combinedwiththedomesticandforeigndevelopmentstatusinthisarea,itexpoundsthe researchvalueofthispaper.Throughtheresearchofthispaper,itcaneffectivelyimprove thelevelofinventorymanagement,andplayagoodroleinlayingthegroundworkforthe futuredevelopmentoftheenterprise,whichisalsoagoodguideforthesustainable developmentoftheenterprise,anditisworthlearningfrommanyironandsteel enterprises.Atthesametimeofstudyingtheconceptofinventory,thispaperanalyzesthe functionofinventory,thedemandofusersandthestatusofinventoryrespectively,and putsforwardthreeinventorymanagementmethods:orderpointinventorycontrolmethod, MRPmethodandJITinventorycontrolmethod.Forthenextresearchwork,laidthe theoreticalfoundationbinedwiththedevelopmentofironandsteelindustryinrecent years,thispaperfocusesontheanalysisofallaspectsinvolvedintheoperation,including producttype,profitconcept,cooperationmode,etc.,makesakeyanalysis,while analyzingthestatusquoofinventoryprocessandwarehousedistributionofHetangsteel, findsouttheexistingproblemsininventorymanagement,givessomesuggestions,and putsforwardthewarehouseironandsteelbankTheimportanceofindustrydevelopment shouldbefullyemphasized. Theresearchconclusionshowsthatthefollowingproblemsexistinthesteel inventorymanagementofTangshanIronandSteelCo.,Ltd.in2014-2019:unreasonable -III- inventorymanagementsystem,irregularstoragemanagement,unscientificpredictionof inventorydemand,unreasonableinventorycontrolstrategyandlowlevelofinternal informatizationofTangshanIronandSteelCo.,Ltd.Inviewoftheinnovationof Tanggang'sinventorymanagement,thispaperputsforwardseveralsuggestions,whichare tobuildawarehousinganddistributioncenterthroughprocessreorganization,establisha contractualcooperationrelationshipwithsuppliers,establishabenefitcoordination mechanism,orderpointmethodinventorycontrol,andpromoteinformationconstruction andsupplychaininventorystrategyconstruction.ThepurposeistopromoteTanggangtoa higherlevel. AccordingtothecurrentsituationofTanggang,thispaperanalyzesthecurrent situationandproblemsofinventorymanagement,combiningwiththetheoryofsupply chainmanagement.Whilefullyinvestigatingtheactualsituationofinventorymanagement inTangshanIronandSteelCo.,Ltd.,thispaperanalyzestherootoftheproblemindetail, andgivesfivesuggestionsfortheproblemsofsupplychaininventorymanagement,which makesthisstudyofgreattheoreticalvalueandpracticalsignificance.
