I 摘要 稳定的电力供应关乎国计民生,电网安全高效运行和电力的可靠供应,是政府 强化监管的重要方面,也是构建社会良好营商环境的重要保障。 电网的稳定运行离 不开可靠持续的物资供应,完善的物资管理制度和科学的物资管理方法。然而,随 着中国经济进入新的发展常态,对电力行业来说,如何转变经营理念,适应 新的市 场环境是摆在现阶段的重要课题。传统粗放型的物资管理方式导致的电网物资品类 过多,储备量与实际生产差异大等问题,显然已不适应电网企业未来的发展。如何 优化 物资管理方式助力电网企业向世界一流企业迈进,显得十分必要。 随着对供电可靠性的要求越来越高,电网企业开始探索在电网架设、电网运行、 客户服务、物资管理等电网经 营的各方面向精益化管理的方向转变。在物资管理方 面,如何构筑规范、标准、高效的仓储配送体系,提升物资价值创造能力是物资管 理部门当前关注的重点。基于此,本论文 将结合笔者在Y供电局物资管理多年工作 经验,研究Y供电局储备物资管理问题及优化对策。 本论文以Y供电局为研究对象,在梳理相关文献及理论的基础上,分析该企业 储备物 资库存管理现状及问题,提出优化储备物资管理模式的方案及实施步骤,总 结优化应用的效果。首先,本文在梳理企业库存物资分类、储备模式、储备量确定 等方面的相关理论 的基础上,从电力行业背景分析入手,提出论文研究的目的及意 义;其次,通过对Y供电局储备物资管理现状分析,研究目前管理模式下企业存在 的问题,分析改善现有管理方法 的必要性及可行性;接着,针对Y供电局储备物资 库存管理的现状提出改进优化思路及相应保障措施;最后进行总结,得出结论,帮 助Y供电局建立更加完善的物资管理体系,提 升企业在同类行业中的核心竞争力。 通过本文的研究,为Y供电局在储备物资库存管理现状及问题分析,物资管理 模式改进及优化提供了方法和手段,从而提升了企业物资管理水 平,创造经济效益, 增强市场竞争力,以适应新一轮电力改革和粤港澳大湾区建设对企业提出的新挑战。 希望本文的研究有利于推动针对于电力行业库存管理理论的研究,并为 电力行业的 物资管理工作提供一定的借鉴和参考。 关键词:库存管理;储备物资;ABC分类法;EOQ模型 广东工业大学硕士学位论文 II Abstract Stable power supply is related to the national economy and the people's livelihood. The safe and efficient operation of power grid and the reliable supply of power are important aspects for the government to strengthen supervision, and also an important guarantee for the construction of a good business environment. The stable operation of power grid is inseparable from reliable and sustainable material supply, perfect material management system and scientific material management methods. However, with China's economy entering a new normal of development, how to change the business philosophy and adapt to the new market environment is an important issue at this stage for the power industry. The traditional extensive material management mode leads to the problems of too many kinds of power grid materials, large difference between the reserve and the actual production, which obviously does not adapt to the future development of power grid enterprises. How to optimize the material management mode to help the power grid enterprises to move forward to the world-class enterprises is very necessary. With the increasing demand for power supply reliability, power grid enterprises began to explore the direction of lean management in power grid construction, power grid operation, customer service, material management and other aspects of power grid operation. In terms of material management, how to build a standardized, standard and efficient storage and distribution system and improve the ability of material value creation is the focus of material management departments at present. Based on this, this paper will combine the author's work and operation in Y Power Supply Bureau for many years to discuss the optimized management mode of Y Power Supply Bureau's reserve materials. This paper takes Y Power Supply Bureau as the research object, on the basis of combing the relevant literature and theory, analyzes the current situation and problems of the enterprise's inventory management of reserve materials, puts forward the scheme and implementation steps of optimizing the management mode of reserve materials, and summarizes the effect of optimizing the application. First of all, on the basis of sorting out the relevant theories of the enterprise's stock material classification, reserve mode Abstract III and reserve volume, starting with the background analysis of the power industry, this paper puts forward the purpose and significance of the research; secondly, through the analysis of the current situation of Y Power Supply Bureau's reserve material management, this paper studies the existing problems of the enterprise under the current management mode, and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of improving the existing management methods Secondly, according to the current situation of Y Power Supply Bureau's stock management, it puts forward the improvement and optimization ideas and the expected results; finally, it summarizes and draws a conclusion to help Y Power Supply Bureau establish a more perfect material management mode and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises in the same industry. Through the research of this paper, it provides methods and means for Y Power Supply Bureau to analyze the current situation and problems of stock management and improve and optimize the material management mode, so as to improve the material management level of the enterprise, create economic benefits and enhance the market competitiveness, so as to adapt to the new challenges of the new round of power reform and the construction of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay area. It is hoped that the research in this paper will promote the research on the theory of inventory management in the power industry, and provide some reference for the material management in the power industry.
