-I- 摘要 国内生产制造企业是国民经济的重要组成部分，是推动国民经济和社会发展的 重要基础力量。随着经济全球化和竞争的加剧，生产制造企业 之间的竞争已经成为 供应链之间的竞争。海外业务的拓展、在新的竞争环境下，中国的制造企业又面临 着新的机遇和挑战。在供应链环境下的健康的、合理的、成本最优的海外 库存管理 是制造企业所向往的。在此背景基础下，本文通过分析中信戴卡公司海外库存管理 现状，阐述了在供应链管理环境下的海外库存管理方法的实施和优化方案。 首先，本 文对供应链管理的国内外研究的现状进行阐述，介绍供应链管理的相 关概念特点供应链管理环境下海外库存管理的发展趋势及前沿技术和国外供应链环 境下的库存管理对我们的 启示，为后续的研究提供理论基础。 其次，对中信戴卡公司的概况和海外库存管理的现状进行了分析，介绍中信戴 卡公司海外供应链模式现状、海外库存现状、海外库存管理现 状，通过数据分析库 存管理中的影响因素，找出目前中信戴卡公司海外库存管理存在的问题及原因。 然后，通过结合供应链管理库存相关方法阐述了中信戴卡公司的海外库存管 理 优化思路，主要从供应链环节优化、生产计划环节优化、库存产品管理环节优化等 三个维度进行了论述。 最后，提出对海外库存管理优化方案的实施保障，主要从信息化保障 、组织保 障和方法保障三个方面进行分析，第一是以信息化手段打通供应链管理各环节的链 接；第二是建立国外库存管理小组提供海外库存管理优化方案的组织保障；第三是 建 立长效退货机制，保障积压库存可快速有效的处理。 关键词：中信戴卡公司；海外库存管理；供应链优化；生产计划优化；库存管 理优化 Abstract -III- Abstract Thedomesticproductionandmanufacturingenterpriseisanimportantpartofthe nationaleconomyandisanimportantbaseforceforthedevelopmentofthenational economyandthesociety.Withtheintensificationofeconomicglobalizationand competition,thecompetitionbetweenproductionandmanufacturingenterpriseshas becomethecompetitionamongthesupplychain.Withthedevelopmentofoverseas business,inthenewcompetitiveenvironment,China'smanufacturingenterprisesare facingnewopportunitiesandchallenges.Inthesupplychainenvironment,thehealthy, reasonableandcost-optimaloverseasstockmanagementisthedesireofthemanufacturing enterprise.Onthebasisofthisbackground,thispaperintroducestheoverseasstock managementinthesupplychainmanagementenvironmentbyanalyzingthepresent situationoftheoverseasstockmanagementofCiticDicastalCompany,Ltd.The implementationandoptimizationofthemethod. Firstofall,thispaperexpoundsthepresentsituationofsupplychainmanagement researchathomeandabroad,introducesthecharacteristicsofsupplychain management,thedevelopmenttrendofoverseasinventorymanagementunderthesupply chainmanagementenvironmentandtheenlightenmentofinventorymanagementin foreignsupplychainenvironment,soastoprovideatheoreticalbasisforthefollow-up research.
