小微科技企业(以下简称小微企业)是科技创新最活跃、经济发展潜力最大的群体, 是我国国民经济中不可或缺的一部分。在当前的社会环境下,将制造环节外包或者采取 供应链战略联盟,是一种普遍的方式,有效的解决了小微企业的资金问题,为小微企业 的发展提供了弹性的发展空间。但以何种方式进行运作,在不同的行业中,在激烈的市 场竞争中,差别是很大的。小微企业在技术更新和生产工艺上,整体运营上面临着诸多 问题,需要作出相应的策略来解决这些问题,以期在以大公司作为市场领导者的情况下, 与其分享市场份额的小微企业能够找到一个可持续发展的方向。 本文以手机热弯3D玻璃从2015年进入中国以来,在这个新兴行业背景下成立的YP 玻璃科技有限公司(以下简称YP公司),在最初创立的这几年,成长轨迹为研究对象, 运用文献研究法、案例分析法、比较研究法,结合供应链环境下的战略联盟,伙伴关系, 供应链风险机制等管理理论,对联盟策略进行探索,并提出对YP公司的联盟方式优化 和改善结果验证。论文首先对供应链进行概述,整理供应链战略联盟,伙伴关系理论, 以及供应链风险管理机制,通过文献分析总结,为后续问题的分析提供理论基础;同时, 对3D玻璃行业背景进行分析,并提出本文的研究问题。其次,介绍YP公司和行业内标 杆企业的情况,分析供应链联盟的现状。然后,提出供应链联盟问题点,对YP公司供 应链联盟问题影响的因素进行分析,找出几个关键的影响因素。再次,基于以上分析, 提出YP公司供应链联盟策略,通过建立供应链战略联盟,用契约约束,缩短空间距离、 建立信任机制和信息沟通渠道等方式进行优化,以保证成员企业的共赢。最后,从YP 公司的角度对联盟改善后的结果实施评价验证,并找出遗留的问题和改善措施。 本文通过研究YP公司供应链联盟的改善策略,旨在探索小微企业如何通过联盟方 式战略合作,让每个联盟成员企业都能提高竞争力,从而提高整个联盟成员企业的市场 份额;也为我国创业者在创业阶段如何整合供应链提供借鉴。 关键词:供应链管理;供应链联盟;伙伴关系;供应商整合 II Abstract Smallandmicroscienceandtechnologyenterprises(hereinafterreferredtoassmalland microenterprises)areagroupwiththemostdynamicscientificandtechnologicalinnovations andthegreatesteconomicdevelopmentpotential,andanindispensablepartofChina's nationaleconomy.Underthecurrentsocialenvironment,outsourcingmanufacturingor adoptingsupplychainstrategicallianceisacommonwaytoeffectivelysolvethefinancial problemsofsmallandmicroenterprisesandprovideflexibledevelopmentspaceforsmall andmicroenterprises.Butinwhatwaytooperatediffersindifferentindustriesinthefierce marketcompetition.Smallandmicroenterprisesfacemanyproblemsintechnologyupdate andproductionprocess,whichneedcorrespondingstrategiessoastofindasustainable developmentdirectionforsmallandmicroenterprisessharingmarketsharewithlarge companiesasmarketleaders. YPGlassTechnologyCo.,Ltd.(hereinafterreferredtoasYPCompany)hasbeen establishedsincemobilephonehotbending3DglassenteredChinain2015.Inthispaper,the growthtrajectoryoftheseyearssinceitsinitialestablishmentistakenastheresearchobject, usingmethodssuchasliteratureresearch,caseanalysisandcomparativeresearch,combining managementtheorysuchasstrategicalliance,partnership,supplychainriskmechanismunder thesupplychainenvironment,etc.,toexplorethealliancestrategy,andputforwardto optimizethemodeofallianceandverifytheimprovedresultsofYPcompany.Firstly,the papergivesanoverviewofthesupplychain,sortsoutsupplychainstrategicalliance, partnershiptheoryandsupplychainriskmanagementmechanism,andprovidestheoretical basisfortheanalysisofsubsequentissuesthroughliteratureanalysisandsummary.Atthe sametime,thebackgroundof3Dglassindustryisanalyzed,andtheresearchproblemsofthis paperareputforward.Secondly,itintroducesYPcompanyandbenchmarkingenterprisesin theindustry,andanalyzesthecurrentsituationofsupplychainalliance.Then,itputsforward theproblempointsofsupplychainalliance,analyzestheinfluencingfactorsofYPcompany's supplychainalliance,andfindsoutseveralkeyinfluencingfactors.Thirdly,basedonthe III above analysis, the supply chain alliance strategy of YP company is put forward, which is optimized by establishing the supply chain strategic alliance, using contract constraints, shortening the space distance, establishing trust mechanism and information communication channels to ensure the win-win of member enterprises. Finally, from the perspective of YP company, the results of alliance improvement are evaluated and verified, and the remaining problems and improvement measures are found out. This paper studies the improvement strategies of YP company's supply chain alliance, aiming to explore how small and micro enterprises can cooperate strategically through alliance, so that each alliance member enterprise can improve its competitiveness, so as to improve the market share of the whole alliance member enterprise, and also provide reference for entrepreneurs in China to integrate the supply chain in the innovation stage.
