随着我国经济发展、市场需求和商业环境等因素的变化,广大传统中小第 三方公路物流公司的生存和发展都面临重大挑战。 另一方面,“互联网+”技术的快速发展和无车承运人相关政策法规的出台, 我国传统公路货运企业出现向网络平台道路货物运输方向发展的新模式。通过 参与无车承运人构建和运作的物流联盟,传统第三方物流公司在无车承运人综 合性服务平台的支撑和赋能下,出现新的发展生机,另外,平台化的道路货运 也有利于物流作业的降本增效。 本文通过阐述研究背景,分析当前公路物流市场环境及外部政策的变化, 并指出传统第三方物流公司、货主及运力司机的发展困境或利益诉求,提出其 参与无车承运人物流联盟的重要性和必要性。然后结合具体案例研究分析,从 发展历程、构建原则、为行业提供的解决方案等方面介绍了代表性无车承运人 WTYT公司物流联盟的发展现状,再通过实地走访、问卷调查等方式分析该联 盟造成其服务品质低下的具体问题,接着对物流联盟整体服务品质低下的可能 影响因素进行挖掘,构建模型对影响因素进行实证分析。通过显著性检验确定 WTYT公司物流联盟信息化水平低、联盟管理能力弱、满足市场需求能力弱、 国家政策保障不到位和外部对联盟认识程度不够五个因素对联盟服务品质低下 的结果有显著正向影响,并针对以上五个影响因素进行细化后的响应率和普及 率调查,提出该联盟的具体优化建议。 关键词:互联网+;无车承运人;物流联盟;网络平台;货物运输 I ABSTRACT With the changes of economic development, market demand and business environment, the survival and development of traditional small and medium-sized third- party road logistics companies are facing major challenges. On the other hand, with the rapid development of "Internet +" technology and the introduction of relevant policies and regulations of the car free carrier, China's traditional road freight enterprises have developed a new mode of freight transportation to the network platform. Through participating in the logistics alliance of the construction and operation of NVOCC, the traditional third-party logistics companies have new development vitality under the support and empowerment of the comprehensive service platform of NVOCC. In addition, the road freight platform is also conducive to the cost reduction and efficiency increase of logistics operations. This paper describes the research background, analyzes the current road logistics market environment and changes in external policies, and points out the development difficulties or interest demands of traditional third-party logistics companies, shippers and capacity drivers, and puts forward the importance and necessity of their participation in the car free carrier character flow alliance. Then it introduces the current situation of wtyt logistics alliance in terms of its development process, construction principles and solutions for the industry. Then it analyzes the specific problems caused by wtyt logistics alliance in terms of field visits and questionnaires, and then the possible impact on the overall service quality of the logistics alliance Factor mining, building a model for empirical analysis of influencing factors. Through the significance test, it is determined that the five factors of wtyt company's logistics alliance information level is low, alliance management ability is weak, ability to meet market demand is weak, national policy guarantee is not in place and external understanding of the alliance is not enough have a significant positive impact on the results of low service quality of the alliance. According to the above five factors, the detailed response rate and penetration rate survey are carried out, and it is proposed that Specific optimization suggestions of the alliance.
