人力资源战略的相当重要的一部分就是酬薪管理,恰当而有效的酬薪管理制 度对一个企业的正常发展而言是有重大意义的。科学的薪酬管理体系可以帮助企 业合理的优化和配置人力资源,对于优秀人才有较强的吸引力,提高企业的核心 竞争力,并且科学的酬薪管理体系通过不断的提高企业的生产效率,使得企业在 竞争环境中立于不败之地。 本文首先概述薪酬管理的基本理论及建立薪酬体系的重要意义,介绍郴州自 来水公司基本情况、组织构架与员工结构,并以此作为基础,分析郴州自来水公 司薪酬体系的主要影响因素,从总体上描述了公司酬薪体系的变迁以及现有的酬 薪体系;接下来本文对郴州自来水公司薪酬管理现状进行分析,总结同时重点剖 析其中存在的问题,并针对问题进行了相应薪酬管理制度改进策略研究;根据郴 州市自来水公司员工的特点,结合岗位的详细评价以及员工的满意度调查,找到 了郴州市自来水公司酬薪体系的优化方案。 本文的最后部分,在郴州市自来水公司薪酬体系研究的基础上,对公司薪酬管 理体系的实施与评估进行了阐述,对期间可能出现的问题给出建议和改进。在薪 酬体系改进的过程中试图建立与薪酬体系相适应的绩效考核体系及双向沟通的管 理机制。本文关于薪酬体系改进方案的研究对国内同类企业的薪酬体系改进与设 计具有一定的借鉴和参考意义。 关键词,郴州市自来水公司;薪酬管理;薪酬体系;优化方案郴州市自来水有限责任公司薪酬体系优化方案研究 III Abstract As an important part of the enterprises Human Resources Strategy, salary management is of great significance for the development of the enterprises. Scientific and effective salary management system can help the enterprises make rational allocation and make use of human resources reasonably. It can also attract and retain high-level talents, nurture the core competitiveness of enterprises, improve production efficiency, and help enterprises get the competitive advantage in the fierce competition in the market. The paper first outlines the basic theory and compensation management to establish the significance of pay system, Introduced the basic situation of Chenzhou City Water Company, organizational structure and staffing structure, and as a basis for analysis of Chenzhou City Water Company, Ltd. The main impact compensation system factors described in the company from the overall system changes remuneration and existing systems, next article in Chenzhou City Water Company, compensation management to analyze the situation, at the conclusion while focusing on the analysis of the existing problems, and problem-accordingly remuneration management system improvement strategy research; According to Chenzhou City Water Company Limited staff characteristics, combined with a detailed evaluation of jobs and employee satisfaction surveys, found the Chenzhou City Water Company remuneration system optimization.
