硫化硅橡胶具有表面张力小、粘度低、可压缩、难燃憎水、透气性好、绝缘 性好、化学稳定性好、温度适应范围广、无毒无味及生理惰性等多种物理化学优 点,在航空航天、电气设备、建筑、化工、纺织、食品、轻工、医疗等行业有广 泛应用。随着近年建筑、汽车、电子信息等产业快速发展,对产品有较大需求, 本产品市场前景光明。但是不加任何填料的透明硅橡胶强度很低,几乎没有应用 价值。因此为了得到性能优异的硫化硅橡胶,常常需要加入一些填料,对其进行 改性。 本文采用直接合成法,利用工业硅单质与氯甲烷直接反应逐步合成了有机硅 单体、甲基(环)硅氧烷和室温硫化硅橡胶。结果表明,在 200℃、t=1h、催化 剂用量为 0.012%时,乙烯基硅油的转化率即可达到最大。红外测试结果表明, 合成的样品具有典型的-Si-O-Si-、-CH 3 基团、-CH=CH 2 基团的特征峰,合成的乙 烯基硅油纯净无杂质。 其次,通过添加白炭黑和增加乙烯基的含量对合成的硫化硅橡胶进行改性。 结果表明,当白炭黑用量为 4%、乙烯基用量达到 0.015mol%时,硫化橡胶的固化 时间和凝胶时间缩短,硫化橡胶的粘度在合适的范围之内,橡胶的硬度和拉伸强 度达到最优。 最后,基于该硫化硅橡胶合成的工艺,对硫化硅橡胶项目工业化的可行性进 行了分析。结果表明,基于报告提出的工艺,在技术切实可行,工艺路线简单可 靠,原料简单易得,产品性能优异,优势明显,具有较强的产业化前景和经济价 值。以项目建设周期 15 个月,运行周期为 20 年计算,项目达产年可实现销售收 入 50000 万元,可实现利润 8000 万元,静态回收期 4.2 年,全部投资税后财务 内部收益率为 30%,高于基准收益率 10%和银行贷款率。 关键词:硫化橡胶, 改性研究,工业化,可行性研究Abstract II Abstract Vulcanization silicone rubber has many advantages, such as low surface tension, low viscosity, compressibility, fire retardant, hydrophobic, gas permeability, electrical insulation, high chemical resistance, wide range of temperature adaptation, non-toxic, tasteless, and physiological inertia, so that it is widely used in aerospace, electrical equipment, construction, chemical industry, textile, food, light industry, medical and other industries. In recent years, the demand for vulcanization silicone rubberbuilding become more heavily as the rapid development of automobile, electronic and information industry. However, the transparent silicone rubber without adding any packing materials intensity is almost no application value. Therefore, in order to get excellent vulcanization silicone rubber, the transparent silicone rubber must be modified. In this paper, organic silicon monomer, methyl siloxane and room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber are synthesized directly with industrial silicon elemental and methyl chloride.The results shows that the conversion of vinyl silicone oil can reach the maximum in the condition of 200 ℃, t = 1 h and the dosage of catalyst was 0.012%. Infrared test results show that the synthetic vinyl silicone oil with typical characteristic peaks of -Si-O-Si-, --CH 3 and -CH=CH 2 groups is pure. And then, the vulcanizing silicone rubber is modified by adjusting the content of white carbon black and vinyl.The results show that when the dosage of white carbon black was 4% and the dosage of vinyl 0.015 mol %, the curing time and gel time of the vulcanized rubber get shorter, vulcanized rubber viscosity is suitable and the hardness and tensile strength of ulcanizing silicone rubber achieve optimization. Finally, the industrial feasibility of vulcanization silicone rubber project is analyzed based on the vulcanization silicone rubber synthetic process. The results show that the process proposed in this paper is simple and technically feasible. The industria and economic prospect is promissing due to low-cost raw materials resource and excellent performance of materials production. The project can realize sales income 500 million yuan and the profit of 80 million yuan 15 months in project construction period, operation period of 20 years. The static payback period of this project is 4.2 years and all investment tax financial internal rate of return is 30%, which is higher than the benchmark yield 10% and bank loans interest.
