我国城市大气污染越来越严重,50:排放量日益增加,给人民生活和生态环 境造成巨大伤害,脱硫工程的建设势在必行 本文从502的污染危害和防治意义出发,介绍了国内外脱硫技术的工艺和我 国脱硫技术的应用现状,对目前应用比较广泛的几种脱硫工艺进行分析和论证, 依据工程建设的现有条件和实际情况,最终确定对济宁二电厂2x100MW机组 改造脱硫工程选用循环流化床干法脱硫工艺,详细剖析了循环流化床干法脱硫工 艺的脱硫机理!特点和工艺适用性,设计了两种除尘装置方案,又从工程的投资 估算和经济效益方面进行了严格地论证,针对工程的主要设备!整体布置和电器! 仪控!土建部分进行了可行性分析,提出了工程建设的最优方案,预计将会产生 良好的环境和社会效益,制定出一系列相关的安全防护措施,保证工程的顺利实 施 通过综合分析得出当两台机组加装烟气脱硫装置后,可削减原50:的排放量, 烟气排放符合国家标准,达到了脱硫的目的,满足了项目的要求,对济宁乃至周 边地区的大气环境的改善是非常有利的 关键词:502,脱硫工艺,循环流化床干法脱硫,脱硫装置 了山东大学硕士学位报告 AbstraCt AirPollutioninoururbaneities15beeomingmoreandmoreserious,助dthe amountoftheemissionofSq15increasing,ailthesegivegreatharlnfulnessto peoPle,5life即deeologiealenviro刊ment,50theeonstl0ctionofdesu1Phurization projectisimPerative.
