摘要 湖北省人口众多，交通发达，经济发展速度快，高校云集，年轻人集中，篮 球球迷多且热情高涨，众多条件和优势充分体现了湖北省是一个适合职业篮球俱 乐部组建和发展的地方。然而让我们不解的是，至今为止湖北省还没有一支职业 篮球俱乐部。本文通过研究我国职业篮球俱乐部的总体发展历程和目前 CBA 的 16 支职业男子篮球俱乐部的成长以及 CBA 冠名企业的经营情况，并通过查阅大 量历史资料，以 CBA 所在省份和城市的经济情况、CBA 市场主体的四大需求（球 迷、赞助商、媒体和地方政府）和 CBA“准入制”为研究对象。通过文献资料法， 问卷调查法、对比分析法、数理统计法和逻辑推理法对 16 支球队所在的省或市与 湖北省在经济情况做了对比分析得出湖北省大部分指标处在中等水平，而且在预 期的未来可能处于先进水平，湖北省经济发展迅速将是导致体育消费以及篮球消 费需求增长的最根本原因。尤其武汉经济的增长与 16 支 CBA 球队所在城市经济增 长相比处在前列，城市居民消费结构将会产生重大变革，从而引起体育消费以及 篮球消费需求的增长，为湖北省加入职业联赛提供市场需求。通过问卷，查询网 站对 CBA 市场主体的四大需求相关的数据做了详细的分析，得出湖北省球迷，赞 助商，媒体和地方政府对组建职业篮球俱乐部的需求。结合中国篮管中心和中国 篮球协会对参赛球队实行“准入制”的要求下，通过网站信息和调查数据的统计 分析得出湖北省在“准入制”要求下组建职业篮球俱乐部有自己的优势和不足，在 体育场馆资源，城市的地理位置和后备人才上有一定优势，而在资金，高水平运 动员获取上与广东，浙江，江苏等发达省份还有差距。通过以上的分析论证得出 湖北省组建职业篮球俱乐部的可行性的结论。并建议湖北省政府和湖北省有实力 的企业从促进中部崛起的战略眼光扶持和组建湖北省篮球职业俱乐部。这将大力 提高湖北省篮球水平，促进湖北省整个体育水平向前发展，提高湖北省精神文明 建设，提高湖北省，武汉及企业的知名度，推动城市旅游、商业、交通、电信、 新闻、餐饮等相关服务行业的发展,提高城市及企业的竞争力。扩大城市之间的交 流与合作，促进湖北省的经济增长。 关键词，湖北省 职业篮球俱乐部 条件 优势 问题 对策Abstract The Hubei Province have large population, the transportation is developed, the university converges, the young people are centralized, the basketball fan many and warm soaring, the numerous conditions and the superiority have manifested Hubei are fully suit the professional basketball club to set up with the development place.
