随着我国经济水平的不断提高,我国的综合国力也在不断增强。在经济全球化 的潮流下,我国鼓励企业进行国际工程合作项目,在相关政策的保障下,我国国际 工程合作项目稳步发展,国内进行工程合作项目的规模逐渐扩大,进一步增强了我 国的国际竞争力。通过相关数据显示,我国对外承包工程的发展速度较快,这意味 着我国在该领域已经处于平稳发展阶段。在我国对外承包工程的规模增加、整体业 务能力提升的同时,我国在该领域内部的档次也在逐渐提高。 不同于西方国家的建筑企业,国内建筑企业进行对外承包工程时所承包的市场 一般集中在亚洲和非洲等经济发展较慢的区域,而且在国际工程项目的来源是国 内政府的对外援建工程。特别是随着经济全球化进程的不断发展,国内许多建筑企 业开始“走出去”,但这些走出国门的建筑企业一般汇集在非洲和亚洲等经济发展 较慢的地区,进而造成上述地区的国际工程市场内部竞争激烈,市场秩序混乱的情 况。而且我国建筑企业在发展对外承包工程时也出现了以下几方面问题:(1)如何 调整进行目标市场的模式;(2)进入目标市场的正确时机;(3)进入目标市场的最 佳模式;(4)如何选择最佳的目标市场。在上述问题中,我国建筑企业在发展对外 承包工程时面临的核心问题是进入目标市场的最佳模式和如何选择最佳的目标市 场。这两个问题不仅影响到建筑企业是否可以顺利进入海外市场,还会直接影响建 筑企业在市场上的运营情况和盈利情况,更关系到国内建筑企业能够在竞争激烈 的市场上占据一席之地,并得到较好发展。 本文通过对 C 公司进行研究,分析其内外部环境,并从多个角度对 C 公司开拓 国际工程承包市场的战略做了研究和规划,并提出了战略的实施以及保障举措。 关键词:战略研究;国际工程;建筑企业;湖 北 工 业 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II Abstract With the further development of global economic integration, China's Comprehen- sive national strength is constantly improving. While the State encourages international engineering cooperation, China's foreign engineering business is developing rapidly, its scale is expanding day by day, and its international competitiveness has improved significantly. China's foreign contracted projects have maintained a relatively rapid growth rate, which also indicates that China's foreign contracted projects have entered a period of steady and rapid development. With the rapid expansion of the overall business and scale, the scale and grade of foreign contracted projects in China are also constantly improving. However, compared with the construction enterprises of developed countries in Europe and the United States, the main source of international projects contracted by Chinese construction enterprises in the international project contracting market is the foreign aid projects of the Chinese government, and the contracting market is also mainly concentrated in some developed countries or regions such asAfrica andAsia. Especially, inrecentyears,withtheimplementationofthenationalgoing-outstrategy,moreandmore Chinese construction enterprises go abroad. At the same time, most of these going-out enterprises are concentrated in the Asia-Africa region, which has led to the phenomenon of price reduction and vicious competition among Chinese construction enterprises in the international engineering market of some countries in the region. At the same time, Chinese construction enterprises also encounter a series of problems when exploring overseas markets, including: (1) establishment of target market; (2) selection of entry mode of target market; (3) grasp of entry opportunity of target market; (4) dynamic adjustment of entry mode of target market. In these problems, the choice of target market and the determination of market entry mode are the core issues for Chinese construction enterprises to implement overseas market development strategy. How Chinese construction enterprises choose suitable overseas target market entry and what market entry mode they adopt in the established overseas target market are not only related to whether they can successfully open up overseas market, but also to their future profitability in the market. At the same time, it is also related to the competitive position of Chinese construction enterprises in the international project contracting market.
