其次介绍了蚌埠卷烟厂和卷烟生产流程,从管理职责和资源管理两方面对蚌埠
卷烟厂生产质量管理的现状和问题进行了深入剖析, 从人、机、料、法、环、测这
六角度出发,研究发现蚌埠卷烟厂管理阶层的工作人员对质量管理认识不足、员工
专业水平低、执行力差、质检模式落后和质量管理信息系统不健全等问题,并挖掘
出其背后的深层次原因
再次介绍了蚌埠卷烟厂质量管理体系改进的基本原则和目标、质量管理体系的
组织策划、优化方法和策略,通过过程质量控制改进、设备管理改进、过程风险控

In this paper, by using based on lean management thoughts of modern quality
management methods, and modern production management information, PDCA cycle and
learned in the MBA management ideas such as the world&39;s advanced production
management theory and technology combined with lean management, research and design
of bengbu cigarette factories production and quality management system optimization, the
production quality management work of bengbu cigarette factories to be improved.
First briefly reviews the developing history, the quality of the world in one hundred
introduced the quality management concept of quality as well as the method of quality
management system, and mainly for Toyota lean production and the PDCA cycle both in
today&39;s world of advanced quality management theory system study and elaboration.
Secondly introduces the bengbu cigarette factories and cigarette manufacturing
process, from two aspects of management responsibilities and resources management of
bengbu cigarette factories production deeply analysised the present situation and problems
of quality management, from human, machine, material, method, ring, measuring six
aspects found management bengbu cigarette factories with no profound grasp and
understanding the quality management, staff skills shortage, poor execution, backward
quality control mode and quality management information system is not sound and other
problems to be solved, and the profound reasons behind the excavated its.
