在文献研究的基础上,基于 IPO 模型,以团队边界管理作为自变量,团队绩效作为因变
量,团队学习作为中介变量,构建研究模型。采用 Faraj 和 Yan(2009)开发的团队边界管理
量表,张菁(2009)的团队学习量表,Tjosvold(2003)编制团队绩效量表,进行调研。实际
调研中,选取华为、中兴、百度等企业的研发团队,成功发放510份问卷,调研72个研发团
队,利用 SPSS 以及 AMOS 软件,采用探索性因子分析净化三个量表题项,探索性因子分析
检验量表效度分析,用相关分析与路径分析检验本研究模型与假设。结果显示:团队边界管
理对团队学习显著正向影响,团队学习对团队绩效显著正向影响,团队边界管理对团队绩效
显著正向影响,团队学习在团队边界管理与团队绩效关系间起到完全中介效应。最后,基于
数据分析结果,从团队管理角度:团队设计、团队边界管理、团队学习等方面提出了一些管
理建议,以提高团队绩效

Abstract
Faced with the rapid development of Internet, the arduous task of research, themore and more
active cross boundary activities, how to manage the boundary of the team and improve the team
performance have become a growing concern for the team managers.This studyhas the research
team as the research object to study the relationship between team boundary management and team
performance. In order to explore the mechanism of team boundary management and team
performance, this paper studies the relationship between team boundary management, team learning
and team performance.
On the basis of literature research, this paper constructs a research model based on team
boundary management as independent variable, team performance as dependent variable, team
learning as mediator variable. The study uses team boundary management scale developed by Faraj
and Yan (2009), team learning scale developed by Zhang Jing (2009), team performance scal
developed by Tjosvold (2003). The study selects research teams of Huawei, ZTE, Baidu and other
enterprises. Lastly, the study successfully issues 510 questionnaires,72 research team. SPSS and
AMOS is adopted to explore the purification of three scale item analysis factor, test the validity of
the analysis, analysis of test model and hypothesis of this study. The results show that: team
boundary management, team learning and team performance are positively correlated, and team
learning plays a complete mediating effect on the relationship between team boundary management
and team performance. Finally, based on the results of data analysis, from the point of view of team
management, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve team performance, such
as team design, team boundary management and team learning.
