ABSTRACT
This paper discusses the construction of enterprise culture and the
related theories, including the connotation of enterprise culture, the
function of enterprise culture in China, the development trend of
enterprise culture, enterprise culture connotation, the content that
company culture builds, principle and influence factors, and analyzes the
necessity of developing enterprise culture construction. Then based on
the Austrian Deli company as the research object, analyses and
introduces the company's background and strategy, through the
investigation and review of Austrian Deli corporate culture
reconstruction in spiritual culture, system culture, material culture,
behavior culture problems. Then, combining with the Austrian Deli
corporate culture reconstruction case, put forward Deli corporate culture
reconstruction of the overall train of thought and guiding principle,
discusses the Austrian Deli company spirit culture, system culture,
material culture and staff behavior culture reconstruction of the specific
content. Then, this paper discusses the Austrian Deli corporate culture
and the implementation of security, at the tissue level, Austrian Deli
