伴随着经济的快速发展,企业逐渐意识到员工满意度对企业的意义,加之80和90
年代出生的员工成为人才市场的主力军,因为性格和家庭的原因,他们工作随意性较强,
离职率较高,对工作环境的要求也日益提高。因此,企业更加重视员工的满意度,大部
分企业选择员工满意度调查的方式对员工满意度的现状进行研究和分析,以提高员工的
满意度,增强公司的凝聚力。本文结合XM公司实际,展开其员工满意度调查研究。
首先,本文提出了选题的背景和研究意义,并对员工满意度研究相关理论及方法进
行了综述;其次,研究设计了 XM公司员工满意度调查对象、方式及调查步骤,详尽设
计了包含12个分类,41个问题的员工满意度调查问卷;然后,阐述了 XM公司员工满
意度调查问卷的回收情况,并对回收的问卷进行了统计和分析,基于员工敬业度模型理
论,使用机会优先权重矩阵,得出了提高XM公司员工满意度的4个最佳机会;再之,
根据分析得出的提高员工满意度的最佳机会,制定了具有针对性的提高员工满意度的行
动计划,如制定《开门政策》,建立总裁热线和总裁信箱等15项行动计划,并严格地
加以实施;最后对执行一年后的满意度提升效果做了简单分析。
通过对XM公司员工满意度调查的研究可以发现,员工满意度调査不仅可以帮助企
业提高员工的满意度和士气,还能够帮助企业改善经营管理中存在的问题,为企业的发
展指明方向。

Abstract
With rapid development of economics and the rat race of the marketing in China, the
management of company further understands the employee's importance. And also the more
and more employees are birth in 1980s and 1990s that expect the better working environment
and take the higher turnover rate due to their character and family. So the company pays more
attention on employee's satisfaction. They always choose the Employee Satisfaction Survey
to understand and analyze the status of their employee's satisfaction. The employee is
increasingly important for company. That's why so many company focus on the research oh
how to conduct Employee Satisfaction Survey.
Firstly,the paper briefs the background and significance of studying employee's
satisfaction and analyzes the development of the research on employee satisfaction. Secondly,
the paper states the objective, method and step of the survey and show 12 categories and 41
questions for survey questionnaire through the resem*ch on Employee Satisfaction Survey
designing. Thirdly, it states the situation of the response of survey questionnaire and analyses
the results. Then based on the Employee Engagement Model, XM Company uses opportunity
priority matrix to analyze the results and get the 4 key points for the best opportunities to
improve employee satisfaction. And then make and appraise the effectiveness of action plan
with 15 items,such as open door policy and president hotmail and hotline. Finally, the paper
makes the analysis about the effectiveness of survey satisfaction.
Based on the study for employee satisfaction survey in XM Company, employee
satisfaction can not only increase the employee's satisfaction and morale, but also improve
the business management status and indicate the future of development.
