本文在自己多年法律研究和法律服务实践经验和知识的基础上，
在充分考虑东营攀登公司面临的内、外部环境，通过态势分析，明确
企业自身的优势、缺陷、机会、威胁、本身存在的问题和可能产生的
风险等，参考法商管理的理论，试图通过运用法商管理的研究方法、
结合调查法、文献研究法、系统科学方法、系统分析法对攀登公司从
成功经营到破产进行深入的研究。
本文试图通过对东营攀登公司经营失败的法商管理分析，找出国
内企业在法商管理方面的缺陷，使得我国企业可以从公司战略发展角
度有所借鉴，能够更好、可持续的发展。

management into conforms to the natural law of development, the
sustainable development way of local management business
management.
Based on their legal research and legal services for many years, on the
basis of practical experience and knowledge, give full consideration to
dongying corporate in internal and external environment faced by
companies, through trend analysis, clear enterprise's own advantage, defect,
opportunities, threats, existing problems and possible risk, etc., the
management of the reference point theory, tried to use local management,
the research method and combining with the investigation method,
literature methodology, system science, system analysis method to climb
from a successful company to do some in-depth study of bankruptcy.
This article attempts through to dongying corporate the success or
failure of the company's business management analysis, find out the defects
of domestic enterprises in the local management, makes our country
enterprise can be the reference from the perspective of corporate strategy
development, can better and sustainable development.
