摘 要
近年来中国的汽车产业快速发展,在国内企业迅速成立并发展的同时国际跨国公司也
纷纷看中并大量进入中国市场。在这样的环境下本土企业如何能够适应海外跨国公司的冲
击,在激烈的市场竞争中站稳自己的脚跟并建立自己的竞争能力是每个汽车零部件企业都
要考虑的问题。如何让企业在纷繁的环境与信息中建立适合企业未来发展的战略规划是影
响到企业未来市场布局的关键
长春江森电子公司就是在2010年乘着汽车产业快速发展的势头,应客户产品的需要
而成立的汽车电子零部件企业,在三年的不断打拼中,已经发展成为具有一定经济基础初
见规模经济的汽车零部件制造企业,汽车电子与其他汽车零部件企业最大的不同,就是它
走在汽车制造技术的最前沿,却又受到安全性的巨大制约无法与电子产业相匹配。在这样
的状态下企业需要规划出一条适合企业未来发展的独特的发展道路
本文主要是通过长春江森电子公司的实际案例研究和分析公司在当今的市场环境下
如何制定适合企业未来发展的企业战略,同时,为了保障企业战略的实施需采取的行动。比
如第一章绪论,主要阐述了本文研究的背景、意义和内容;第二章企业发展环境分析,主
要阐述了企业目前的国内外发展环境及外部环境带来的机会和威胁,通过分析得知企业目
前最大的机会就是中国汽车产业的高速发展,而企业的最大威胁就是来自于跨国集团的市
场竞争优势,外部的威胁迫使企业向内挖潜提升企业的核心竞争能力;第三章企业的发展
现状及内部优劣势分析,通过企业发展遇到的问题及与其他同类公司的对比分析找出企业
市场竞争力薄弱的环节,使用SWOT分析方法结合企业外部因素,清晰的梳理企业内外部
的优势和劣势、机会和威胁;第四章企业的战略制定,通过内外部环境的分析,发挥自身
的长处,巩固企业的短板,制定出企业长期和短期的战略目标,并对战略目标进行定位和
规划;第五章企业战略的实施,主要阐述的是通过哪些行动使设定的企业战略能够实现,
主要从提升企业制造能力、产品开发能力、市场拓展能力、系统供应商能力入手,结合组

opportunity is the rapidly developing domestic automotive market while the biggest
threats is international company’ s competitive advantage and their dominant
position, this finally leads the company to struggle for core competitive
capability; thirdly, it investigates this company' s current development status
and its strengths and weaknesses both internally and externally, mainly through
analysis real issues and comparison with other competitors, the author finds out
main factors that impact competitiveness, through SWOT analysis methology together
with external factor, it clearly clarifies strengths weaknesses opportunity and
also threats; in the four chapter, it emphasizes on drawing company developing
strategy, mainly by analysis internal and external environment,and fully benefit
from its advantage, optimize its weakness then finally work out strategic goal
both in short term and long term, and make the goals conductive and pragmatic;
in the fifth chapter, it focuses on the implementation of the strategic goals and
following action plans to achieve the goal, actions are as follows: deepen
manufacturing capacity, build up engineering development capability, enhance
business acquisition ability, improve purchasing capability for better supplier
management, together with organization optimization and also comprehensive
management concept; in the last chapter, it concludes the analysis summary and
raises author' s own expectation.
We hope that this paper' s research results can have some guidance and reference
value on China auto parts enterprises, especially the automotive electronic
enterprises.
