成都 HM 电子公司自 1958 年成立以来,一直作为中国军工电子行业的优
质企业,但随着时代的发展,科技的进步,行业内的竞争日益激烈,HM 电

本文通过对我国电子元件行业,特别是军工电子行业的现状进行研究,
同时对成都 HM 电子公司自身资源和能力水平的现状进行分析,发现了公司
内部的劣势和企业经营管理上存在的问题,并探讨了企业战略所达到的目标
及保障措施,总结出适合 HM 电子公司发展的战略框架。在现代战略理论的
指导下,通过运用 PEST 分析法,结合成都 HM 电子公司的实际情况,从宏
观经济环境、行业政策、竞争现状、行业发展方向等外部环境进行分析,明
确了成都 HM 电子公司的所处行业的现状及未来的发展方向。然后,通过
SWOT 分析法对成都 HM 电子公司内部环境进行了全面分析,面临未来的机
遇和挑战,根据自身资源,找准闪光点,扬长避短,从而制定出适合成都 HM
电子公司的发展战略。通过对技术研发、市场营销、人才建设、资本运作等
战略部署,提升公司的产品品质、拓宽营销渠道、扩大品牌影响力,使公司
更具市场竞争力。最后,根据 HM 电子公司的经营现状和未来的发展目标,

For electronic components industry, there is a bright prospects lying ahead on
account of it benefited from the industrial chain downstream for its continuous
improvement of the performance of electronic terminal products in recent years.
However, in the current time, owing to the threat which came from global
economic environment, the remaking of order of this industry is inevitable.
Stronger companies emerge stronger while weak players will disappear or being
acquired.
The company of Chengdu HM electronics components was founded in 1958.
It has been served as one of the best highly qualified electronics components
company especially for national defense since then. However, as time goes on the
industry is getting increasingly competitive by reason of the progress of science
and technology. The company is facing severe challenges and is limited to a
bottleneck with development. Some urgent problems needs to be solved for
Chengdu HM Company like how to survive in the changing and competitive
external environment, how to seek development under the background of the
military and civilian integration in military enterprises. Due to the industry
attributes and the severity of market competition, the electronic components
companies are more emphasis on its strategic development. The development
strategy only in combination with the industry law of development and the actual
situation of enterprise set up, is suitable and effective for this company.
This thesis researches the current situation faced by electronic components
industry of China, especially the military electronic components industry. Also
analyzes the current level of resources and capabilities of Chengdu HM Company.
Some of the internal weaknesses and management problems have been found
through the analysis. The paper also puts forward some enterprise strategic goals
and their guarantee measures which lead to a clear strategic framework which is
suitable for the development of Chengdu HM Company. Under the guidance ofA study on strategy for development of Chengdu HM Electronic and Components Companymodern strategic theory, this paper uses PEST analysis method, combined with the
actual situation of Chengdu HM Company. It analyzes the external environment of
the company from several aspects like macro-economic environment, industry
policy, actuality of competition and industry development direction. The current
situation and future development direction of the industry which Chengdu HM
Company stays has been clear by the analysis above. Then, after thoroughly
analysis on Chengdu HM Company’s internal environment by SWOT method, we
select and formulate the precise and accurate strategy for the development of
Chengdu HM Company in order to improve the awareness of the advantages and
disadvantages in intensely competitive market under such circumstances of limited
resources and minor strengths. Moreover, through the strategy deployment like
technology R&D, marketing, talent construction and capital operation, Chengdu
HM Company will become more competitive, thereby expanding the brand
influence and connecting the cooperative partners. Finally, on the basis of the
current management condition and expected development goals of the company,
we propose a series of corresponding protective strategies to guarantee the
implementation of Chengdu HM Company overall strategy.
Starting from the enterprise development strategy theory, combining the
actual operating status of Chengdu HM Company and the status quo of military
electronics industry, this paper presents valuable and positive development
strategy for future advancement of Chengdu HM Company, which has practical
use and instruction significance. The current problems in Chengdu HM Company
are ones that other enterprises may have experienced or are experiencing. In the
future development practice, the company will draw lessons from other companies,
improve the measures of strategy, and make steady expanding.
