“十一五”以来,云南省林业的建设和发展进入了一个崭新的历史时期,林业的

发展肩负着经济发展和生态环境平衡的双重任务,已成为云南省国民经济可持续

发展的重要组成部分。党和政府比任何时候都重视林业的建设和发展,林业在社

会经济发展中的地位被摆在了前所未有的战略高度。改革开放以来,云南省林业

改革与建设取得了巨大成就。但是,随着云南省经济结构的调整和体制转型的深

化、市场供求关系的变动以及加入WTO后国际竞争的加剧,林业企业的进一步发

展面临着新的挑战。融资困难、资金短缺是制约林业企业发展的重要因素。因此,

建立一套完整的、稳定的融资保障机制对解决林业企业融资困难、加快林业可持

续发展具有重要的理论和现实意义。

本文在多角度介绍和分析企业融资理论和林业企业融资理论的基础上,揭示

林业企业融资存在的问题,并对其进行深入剖析,挖掘其存在问题的成因。在此

基础上,对影响林业企业融资的因素进行分析,为构建规范林业企业融资保障机

制提供依据。通过建立融资保障机制,解决林业企业融资问题,为促进市场经济

资源的合理配置、林业企业内部治理提供了相应对策。通过对林业企业融资策略

的研究,可以规范林业企业融资行为,推动各项政策、法规的建设管理,乃至促

进整个林业市场经济的健康发展。

ABSTRACT

Since Eleventh Five-Year, the construction and development of Yunnan Forestry

has entered a new historical period. Being entrusted with the development of forestry

economic development and ecological balance of the dual mandate, forest industry has

become an important component of sustainable economic development section. Party

and government pay more attention than ever to the construction and development of

forestry, its position in socio-economic development is placed in an unprecedented

strategic height. Since reform and opening, the Yunnan provincial forestry reform and

construction has made great achievements. However, with the Yunnan provincial

economic structure adjustment and the deepening of institutional transformation

changes in market supply and demand as well as accession to the WTO international

competition intensifies, the further development of forestry enterprises are facing new

challenges. Financing difficulties, shortage of funds is an important restricting factor in

the development of forestry enterprises. Therefore, the establishment of a

comprehensive, stable funding guarantee mechanism to solve the financing difficulties

of forestry enterprises, accelerate sustainable forestry development has important

theoretical and practical significance.

the impact of forestry on the factors affecting corporate finance analysis . corporate
