摘要
随着中国汽车工业飞速发展以及国际化汽车零部件企业进入中国汽车市场,在面
临汽车行业全球化,平台化,模块化和国产化的背景下,本文以BR公司平台化产品
的国产化项目中的沟通管理为研究对象,运用项目管理中相关工具和方法分析了该公
司项目沟通管理在识别项目干系人、沟通规划、信息发布、沟通过程的监控以及报告
绩效等环节中存在的问题,针对项目干系人分析、沟通规划和有效沟通三个主要问题
通过运用WBS、沟通模型、信息路径图、业务信息模型和项目沟通管理规划等管理
工具提出了改进建议措施。
本文发现BR公司项目沟通管理中的主要问题在于沟通的效果不好和效率低,根
本原因在于没有恰当的对项目干系人做出识别,没有恰当地分析出项目干系人的需求
以及影响沟通的其他一些因素。本文提出了通过描绘项目信息路径图的方法来确定项
目干系人的方法,通过运用业务信息模型来分析项目干系人需求的方法。

A Study on Communication Management
in Projects Management of Firm BR
Abstract
With the rapid development of China's auto industry as well as with the entrance of more
and more international automotive companies to the Chinese automobile market,and the
automotive industry in the face of globalization,platforms,modular and localization,this
paper summarized the researches of communication management in the projects of
localization and platform products in finn BR. By using of project management tools and
methodologies it was analyzed that the how it work in company's project communication
management in identifying project stakeholders,communication planning,information
dissemination, communication and process monitoring and reporting performance and other
aspects of the problems for the project stakeholder analysis, communication planning and
mainly focused on effective communication through the use of three main issues WBS,
communication models , information roadmapbusiness information models and project
management tools s recommendations for improvement measures
It was found that the major problem in the project communication management of firm BR
is communication inefficient and ineffective, and the main reasons are the lack of proper
approach of project stakeholders' identification, the improper analysis of demands of
stakeholders and some other factors which do harm to the daily communication. It was
indicated the method to identify the stakeholders by establishing the road map of project
information,and then approach to fulfill the analysis of requirements of stakeholders with
the information model of process.
