公司工程技术人员的领导力展开研宄,通过收集、分析发放的调查问卷,对Max公司工
程技术人员的领导力现状进行分析,找到这一群体现在领导力的短板,并结合前面论述
的领导力理论给出了相应的提升领导力的建议。期望能够通过本次研宄为Max公司的发
展提供一份微薄之力,为其他企业进行部门领导力的提升提供一些启示。
本文釆用了文献研宄法、问卷调查法和统计分析法等方法进行研究。对具体部门的
领导力分析和提升方法进行了很好的研宄,为其他企业进行领导力的研宄提供了可以借
鉴的经验和思路。

Abstract
Leadership is the core qualities of leaders to be successful; it can promote business to be
competitive continually. This paper describes the theoretical study of leadership from trait
theory, behavioral theory, contingency theory gradually developed into a modern integrated
theory of leadership. Reference to the different feature of leadership theory features: trait
leadership theory itself can reflect the characteristics of the leader, it can predicts leader's
success; behavioral leadership can be consistent with the group performance linked with leader
behavior; Contingency theory of leadership will lead effectiveness and situational factors
linked and separated, it can be very good to get rid of the situation dependent of behavioral
theory of leadership with the structure of the task, relationship of leader with team members, the
leading authority, dominant demand of team. Modern theories of leadership attempt to discuss
leadership combining the three theories. This paper studies the leadership of Max company
engineering people by collecting, analyzing questionnaire issued to the Max company
engineering people. Analyzing the leadership status of the team and hope to find the short
board, this paper gives some suggestion corresponding combined with the previously
discussed leadership theory to enhance their leadership. Hope this analysis can help Max
Company and provide some inspiration for other enterprises to enhance the leadership of its
department.
In this paper, a literature study,questionnaire and statistical analysis and other methods
are used to build research. Analysis and enhance leadership methods are well studied. It can
provide experience and ideas of leadership study of other enterprises.
