ABSTRACT
Talent plays the crucial role in knowledge economy age, and the competitions
between the enterprises are mainly decides by the human resources. With the
development of the society, the talents loss has become an evident problem, therefore,
how to solve it with efficiency, to ensure the shape up of the enterprise, have become an
important task.
In this article, the current situation, the main factor and the early symptom of the
talent loss have been studied using the methods of document analysis, fuzzy judge and
case study. It is shown that the main key factors contains the external and also the internal
factors, arid by analyzing the two factors and the symptoms of talent loss, the early
warning management mechanism index was established using fuzzy judge method. The
index are constructed by three one-level indexes, eight two-level indexes and twenty
seven three-level indexes. By setting the weight coefficient, crisis grade,and talent loss
warning levels for each index, the early warning management mechanism is finally
established. The mechanism can be used to find the severity of talent loss on specifically
link of enterprise human resource management, and can also solve the problem using
useful means. Preventability principle, system principle and trend principle are the basis
of the early warning management mechanism of the talent loss.
The mechanism is then applied on Company X to testify, and it is shown that the
talent loss of the company is in the situation of minuent crisis. Therefore, it is suggested
the situation can be improved by rebuilding the constriction, consummating the payment,
undertaking of the business culture, establishing the training system, and improving the
mount guard mechanism, to reply on the current talent loss problem.
