摘 要
目前,我国信息化发展成为了国家战略,信息化所带来的精确化的社会管理已
经初见成效。而作为社会中一个知识高地的大学校园的信息化管理也成为体现高校
具有先进性的一种表现形式。因此我国数字化校园的发展已经成为一种趋势,很多
高校早已对信息化管理进行了建设,多数高校都在学校内部进行了部分的信息化管
理,但大部分系统采用了各自为政的信息化方式。这些信息各自独立,但基本信息
又重复建设,在校园管理全面信息化过程中,不能互联互通,不能对基本信息进行
重复利用,数据流的流转也很难实现,高校面临各个系统复杂的责任关系,信息化
管理只是把各个系统做为摆设,数据和管理并没有真正发挥作用,随着计算机系统
集成的快速发展,信息技术在高校内的广泛应用,依赖于网络的一卡通信息系统,
是实行校园的信息化管理,推动高校全面信息化建设最为直接的切入点,校园一卡
通系统做为一种精准化的控制管理手段,是把校园中的各种信息孤岛连接起来的重
要方式。
本文首先阐述了 BJ 学院一卡通信息管理系统建设的背景和目的;其次通过对
产品研发设计的过程中需求分析阶段对实际情况进行详细的调研,了解分析校园信
息的手工流转过程和信息化后一卡通系统能够达到的管理过程,然后对一卡通平台
进行软件化流程设计,最后进行了开发成果软件部署和系统测试,从中发现影响平
台使用的质量因素和效率问题,及时进行了系统的修改和调整工作。最终使系统符
合校方提高管理效率的初始目标。

ABSTRACT
At present, the development of digital campus in China has become a trend, many
colleges and universities have a keen interest in the management of information
technology, and many schools are starting to implement the card system construction and
the replacement of the card system. Many colleges and universities within the school has
been part of the information management, most of the system uses the information in
their own way. This information is separate, but the basic information and redundant
construction, comprehensive campus management process, and cannot be interoperability,
not to reuse the basic information, the transfer of data flow is difficult to achieve,
colleges and universities are facing complex responsibilities of the various systems
relationships information management each system just as a decoration, data, and
management does not really play a role, along with the rapid development of computer
systems integration, information technology widely used in college, depending on the
network card information system, is the implementation of the campus information
management, and promote the university comprehensive information to build the most
effective choice, campus card system as an accurate means of control and management of
the campus in a variety of information silos to connect an important way.
The paper first describes the background and purpose of the BJ Industrial
Technology Vocational College Card Information Management System; followed by all
aspects of the product design process (including requirements analysis, system design,
deployment and implementation) carried out a detailed needs analysis and understanding
of the card system can reach the entire campus information manually during the transfer
process and information technology management process, then the process of the card
platform software process design, and finally the overall software design, testing and
deployment, and found a lot of impact on platform quality factor and efficiency issues in
a timely manner and adjustments of the system.
