研究发现,学校培养的人才与市场需求像两股道上跑的车,产生了结构性错位,虽然造成高职酒店管理专
业人才供需错位的原因是多方面的,但从人才链的角度来看,关键原因是处于人才链中游的“人才培养模式”
存在问题。文章据此构建起以培养目标、专业设置、课程开发、教学过程和考核评价五个方面与酒店业人
才需求特性相适应的高职酒店管理专业人才培养模式,以期克服高职酒店管理专业人才供需错位矛盾,达到
科学、规范、高效地开展高职酒店管理专业人才培养的目的。

Abstract
The World Tourism Organization predicts that the size of the hospitality industry will be 6 times by 2020, so
the human resources in hotel will be badly short. The development of tourism will support so many jobs that
qualified workers in the Chinese hotel are not enough. as the base of hotel management training, satisfying the
need of market is necessary. I have worked as a vocational college teacher for years, I have cooperated with
enterprise for years too. In this paper, take Huatian College of Tourism & Hotel for example to draw a blueprint of
a training model for the vocational colleges.
The study shows that school-trained people and the market demand are like two running cars on two
different roads, so-called structural dislocation. The hotel management professionals in vocational dislocation of
supply and demand are many reasons, but in talent-chain point of view, The key reason is that in the chain of the
middle reaches of talent talent cultivation mode problem. Accordingly, the vocational training model should be
built, in which training objectives, professional setting, curriculum development, teaching process and the
appraisal are compatible with the demand of hotel management professionals. With a view to overcoming the hotel
management professionals in vocational mismatch between supply and demand contradiction, to scientific,
standardized and efficient conduct of hotel management professionals in vocational training purposes.Key Words:Hotel Management;; Training Mode;; market-oriented
