摘 要
在发达国家 ERP 从 20 世纪 90 年代中期开始普及,中国从 20 世纪 80 年代开始导入 ERP 的前身 MRP 及
MRPⅡ,经过导入期和发展期,现在开始进入 ERP 普及应用时期。

在中国 ERP 的发展时期,中国的 ERP 软件产品和服务能力得到长足发展,出现了一大批以用友、金蝶、
浪潮为代表的专门为企业实施 ERP 的软件企业。虽然 ERP 软件实施的成功率在逐年上升,但以 ERP 软件项
目实施和服务为重要内容的 ERP 软件实施项目团队管理,其运作效果并不容乐观。项目团队管理在实施过程
中存在许多的管理问题,成为阻碍企业发展的羁绊。诸如 ERP 项目组考核不深入、实施激励的手段匮乏、项
目团队凝聚力不强、团队成员缺少成就感、角色分配不当等等。实施企业普遍存在的这些问题,都已成为影
响 ERP 软件实施成败的关键因素。

本文分析了项目团队管理现状,站在ERP软件供应商的角度上,对凯瑞公司的ERP项目团队管理存在的
问题及成因进行了分析,构建了凯瑞公司 ERP 项目团队管理方案框架,分析了凯瑞公司 ERP 项目团队管理方
案的运行机理,提出了凯瑞公司 ERP 实施项目团队管理方案运行的 10 个关键要素以及方案运行的四个重点
阶段,在此基础上对凯瑞公司 ERP 项目团队管理方案的应用进行了研究。

Abstract
In the developed country, ERP started from the mid-1990s to popularize, China started from the 1980s to
induct ERP predecessor MRP II, the process inducted the time and the period of expansion, now starts to enter the
ERP popularization application time.
In the Chinese ERP development time, China&39;s ERP software product and serviceability obtains the
considerable development, appeared in large numbers one take has UFIDA, KingDee, INSPUR to implement ERP
specially as representative for the enterprise the software enterprise. Although the ERP software implements the
success ratio is rising year by year, but take ERP software project implementation and service as important content
ERP software implementation project team management, its operation effect and unoptimistic. Project team
management has many management problems in the implementation process, becomes the hindrance enterprise
development the fetters. Such as the ERP project group inspects not thoroughly, implements the drive the method
to be deficient, the project team cohesive force not strong, the team members lack the sense of achievement, the
role assignment not to work as and so on. Implementation enterprise universal existence&39;s these questions, have
become affect the ERP software implementation success&39;s or failure&39;s key aspect.
This article has analyzed the project team management present situation, stands in the ERP software
supplier&39;s angle, project team management existence&39;s question and the origin has carried on the analysis to Kerry
company&39;s ERP, has constructed Kerry the company ERP project team management plan frame, has analyzed
Kerry the company ERP project team management plan movement mechanism, proposed Kerry the company ERP
implementation project team management plan movement&39;s 10 essential essential factors as well as the plan
movement&39;s four key stages, project team management plan&39;s application have based on this conducted the
research to Kerry the company ERP.
