中存在许多的管理问题,成为阻碍企业发展的羁绊。诸如 ERP 项目组考核不深入、实施激励的手段匮乏、项

本文分析了项目团队管理现状,站在ERP软件供应商的角度上,对凯瑞公司的ERP项目团队管理存在的
