实是:当前国内 ERP 项目实施和应用的成功率不高,为数不少的企业在 ERP 上投入
巨资然而收效甚微,如何提高 ERP 项目实施的成功率是我们关注的焦点。
本文通过理论和案例相结合的方式详细分析和阐述了在实施 ERP 项目的过程中
要注意的问题和要点,如企业流程的制定和相关制度的制定和完善、硬件的选型、
网络的选型、软件的选型、软件供应商的选择、实施顾问公司的选择,ERP 系统的
实施及应用,ERP 项目的终止与交付。作者希望通过本文,能使企业对 ERP 的实施

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of China's industrialization and informatization,the
management information systems are being used extensively,enterprises have already
changed fundamentally the of way of production management,objectives,the resources
of the enterprise production,organizing principle and the traditional concept of enterprise
culture. ERP is not only a simple software,but also it contains a scientific and advanced
management ideas and methods,in this sense,ERP is the manager's decision tools and
effective weapons. It could change the business model,rapidly provide decision-making
basis for management. Make management make decision accurately. The facts have
proved that if the enterprise apply ERP system successfully,it will get these benefits:the
response of the market demand accelerated,reduced inventory,lower cost,production
efficiency improved. However,we have to face the reality that the rate of success of ERP
project implementation is not high in our country currently,the number of enterprises
invested heavily in ERP, but the effect is not ideal,how to improve the rate of success of
ERP project implementation is our focus.
The author analyzes and expounds the process of implementing ERP project through
the way of the combination of the theories and cases,also points out the key points,such
as process and system making and improvement,hardware selection, network type
selection, software selection, software supplier selection and selection of consulting
company of ERP implementation,ERP implementation and application,project end and
acceptance.the author hopes that the enterprises have a very clear understanding to the
implementation of ERP,make fewer mistakes,avoid project risk effectively,greatly
enhance the rate of success of the ERP implementation and application,thus improve the
management level of enterprises, enhance enterprise's core competitiveness,also make
ERP industry develop well in our country.
