摘 要
6 西格玛管理法是近年来被企业界广泛关注的一种质量管理方法。自二十世纪
八九十年代以来在通用电气和摩托罗拉等大公司获得了成功的应用。本文从建设
项目的质量管理出发，分析了 6 西格玛管理法在项目管理中应用的困难和可行性，
以及在企业中推行的步骤。最后通过一个提高工序稳定性的实际案例，运用统计
的分析方法，按实施 6 西格玛管理法的 DMAIC 流程，说明如何在项目管理的实践
中具体应用这种管理方法。

Abstract
Six Sigma method is a quality management methodology which has been paid
much attention by the enterprises recently. It has been successfully applied in many big
corporations such as GE and Motorola since 1980s. From the perspective of quality
management of construction project, this article analyzes the difficulty and feasibility of
application in project management, and also describes the launching process in a
company. At last, a practical example of improvement the stability of working
procedure shows how to implement the DMAIC process of Six Sigma method based
on statistic analysis and explains how to carry out its practically.
