摘要
六西格玛管理作为一种全新的管理模式,关注于客户的需求,减少过程的变异,提
高产品的质量,己经引起了国内外企业的广泛重视。本文通过六西格玛管理这一管理哲
学,应用六西格玛DMAIC的方法论,以客户需求为导向,以敷形涂覆工艺的相关国际
标准为指导,对A公司敷形涂覆项目中出现的图层厚度控制问题以及良率过低进行分析
和研究,解决了A公司敷形涂覆制程中遇到的厚度难以控制和产品良率低的问题,提高
了A公司敷形涂覆整体制程能力。通过作者的介绍和研究,也希望更多的企业能够由A
公司敷形涂覆项目六西格玛管理的成功实施,认识到六西格玛管理的重要性,以及如何
将六西格玛管理实际应用到企业的管理中去,以提高产品的质量,提高公司的竞争力,
使企业在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。

Abstract
Six sigma management, as a popular management philosophy, it attracts more and more
attention from worldwide enterprises. Six sigma management is a philosophy of
customer-oriented; focus on decreasing process variation, improving the quality of the
product. The paper analyze and study A company conformal coating project about thickness
control and yield lower problems according to DMAIC methodology of Six Sigma
management philosophy, based on customer-oriented and international conformal coating
standard, solved the practical problem of the conformal coating process and improved the
conformal coating process capability of A company, meanwhile, expect to enhance the sense
of six sigma management and understand how to use the six sigma management based on the
practice to other company, to improve the product quality and keep excellent performance in
market competition.
