本论文以PB公司为研究对象,通过其现行管理过程中发现存在的组织结构问
题、项目计划与工作流程中出现的问题、实施与控制过程中存在的问题、项目收尾
过程存在的问题,基于项目管理理论及现代项目管理知识体系知识,对所存在的问
题提出改善措施,并通过实际案例进行验证。最终通过研究找出适合PB公司订单式
项目管理的方法。
在中小型制造企业中导入项目管理方法,能够加强生产运行过程的计划和控
制,提高管理效率及降低企业管理成本。对于提高类似PB公司的中小型制造企业的
核心竞争力有着非常重要意义。

Abstract
With the growth of Chinese Industrialization, manufacturing has been an important
pillar industry. In the process of globalization, the competitions among the manufacturing
companies are becoming even fiercer. Considering the limited scope of human and
equipment resources, the small and medium sized companies are faced with more serious
pressures compared with giant companies. So they have to change their traditional
production management and come up with new concepts to set up a target to maximize
their profit by making full use of resources.
This thesis has studied the current management in PB Company, and analyzed the
existing problems in the organization structure, project planning, implementation and
control, and project closing. Based on project management theories and modern
management knowledge, this thesis proposed improvement plan for these problems and
verified with actual cases which led to a solution to MTO projects management suitable for
PB Company.
It is important to the small and medium manufacturing enterprises to use the project
management methods. This can be strengthen the planning and the controlling of
production processes、improved the management efficiency and reduce the management
cost. It’s a great significance to improve the competitive strength for the enterprise similar
to PB Company.
