在海外产线转移的过程中,项目管理起了至关重要的作用。虽
然项目管理这一科学体系已经有了多年的发展和积累,但是关于海
外产线转移这一课题还是处于探索与实践阶段,还存在着很多问题
需要解决和完善。
本文以 T 公司作为研究对象,对于 T 公司在多年海外产线转移
项目中存在的问题加以分析,对项目延期、超出预算等这些表象进
行深层次的剖析,提出改进意见,基于项目评估方法对产线转移策
略进行改进,基于风险管理方法建立了产线风险管控体系。并在 T
公司 A 产品海外产线转移项目中,进行验证和进一步的探索,取得
了良好的效果,完善了整个海外产线转移的项目框架,为今后类似
的转移项目提供了借鉴经验。

ABSTRACT
In these years, China witnesses the fast economy development and
great policy, the domestic market demand is quickly increasing and the
whole supply chain has gradually been built completely. More Multi-
National Corporation would like to transfer the product line from oversea
to China.
In the transfer process, project management plays the important role.
Project Management as the science has developed for many years. But for
the product line transfer field, the project management just start to deploy
and there are many problem need to be solved.
This thesis analyzed the problem from transfer project. The case is
from T Corporation where the writer is working. T Corporation has many
years experience for product line transfer project but there are some
problem which make the project delay and budget uncontrolled. Through
A Product line transfer project, the project team provided the solution
about how to change the project management process. .These solutions
are executed from project feasibility study and risk control. These
Scenarios contribute so much for A product line transfer project. . In the
future, it need to improvement continuous and contribute more.
