西安理工大学工商管理硕士学位论文 With the upgrading of national control over the real estate industry and the continuous adjustment of land acquisition policies, financial policies, and sales policies, the investment risk in thereal estate markethas increasedcompared to previousyears. Itis necessaryto continuouslyimprovethe enterprisesriskresistanceability,attachimportanceto the enterprises risk management system, andstrengthen risk management efforts in order to achieve sustainable development of the enterprise.
