介入磁共振系统作为磁共振系统细分领域下的重要分支，是AT公司主要的研
发方向。AT公司介入磁共振系统研发项目进展顺利与否，影响着产品推入市场的
速度，关乎着AT公司未来的发展钅糠缦展芾硎窍钅抗芾淼闹匾槌刹糠郑?
险管理的有效实施将极大的推动项目进展钅糠缦展芾砉岽┯贏T公司介入磁共
振系统研发项目的始末，开展项目风险管理研究是对风险理论的理解与深化，有助
于解决研发过程中遇到的实际问题。
本文借助文献研究法对项目风险管理相关概念和理论知识进行了梳理分析。
提出AT公司介入磁共振系统研发项目风险管理的目标ü狗缦辗治觯苑?
险进行定性和定量评价，针对各阶段不同类别的风险采取风险应对措施，对实施有
效性进行了评价。开展风险监控活动，在公司层面实施风险管理盪洗胧鹤橹?

期望在提升AT公司研发项目风险管理水平的同时，也能为相关医疗器械产研企业
的项目风险管理工作发挥一定的借鉴作用。

I ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT
As an important branch of the MRsystem subdivision field,Interventional MR
system is the main R&Ddirection of ATcompany.Whether ATcompany’s Interventional
MRsystem R&Dproject goes smoothly or not will affects the speed at which products
are introduced to the market,and is related to the future development of the company.
Project risk management is an important part of project management.Effective
implementation of risk management will greatly promote project progress.Project risk
management runs through the beginning and end of ATCompanys involvement in the
MRsystem R&Dproject.Carrying out project risk management research is an
understanding and deepening of risk theory,which helps to solve the actual risk problems
encountered by ATCompany in the development of interventional MRsystem.
This thesis combs and analyzes the related concepts and theoretical knowledge of
project risk management with the help of literature research method.Put forward the goal
of ATcompanys involvement in the risk management of the MRI system R&Dproject.
By carrying out risk analysis,qualitative and quantitative evaluation of risks,taking risk
response measures for different types of risks at each stage,and evaluating the
implementation effectiveness.Carry out risk monitoring activities and implement risk
management guarantee measures at the company level:organizational guarantee,human
guarantee and financial guarantee to prevent risks,reduce the adverse effects of risks,
ensure the realization of project risk management expected goals,and verify AT
companys involvement in magnetic resonance Effectiveness of system R&Dproject risk
management.
This thesis is about the application research of project risk management in AT
companys Interventional MRsystem R&Dproject.It is expected that while improving
the risk management level of ATcompanys R&Dprojects,it can also play a certain role
in reference for the project risk management of related medical device production and
research enterprises.
